  Review Dreams Macao Punta Can

  Our recent stay at Dreams Macao was truly exceptional, and we would like to recognize the outstanding team members who went above and beyond to make our vacation so memorable. On our final evening, Tairis surprised my daughter with a beautiful special cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She was also given the opportunity to dance on stage with the wonderful entertainment team Princess Diana, Buffalo, Babyface, and Mr. Brown. It was a very special moment for our daughter and a memory our family will cherish. A special thank you to Francisco, our bartender, for his excellent service and for always making sure our drinks were taken care of. His friendly personality and attentiveness certainly helped make our evenings enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Miguel for organizing the romantic dinner we won through the raffle and for thoughtfully including our daughter in the experience. It was beautifully arranged and made the evening even more meaningful for our family. Lastly, thank you to Robinson for making our check-in process seamless and for helping us get into our room early so we could begin enjoying our vacation right away. His professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. Overall, the exceptional service, attention to detail, entertainment, and genuine hospitality from the Dreams Macao team made our stay truly special. We are very grateful for the wonderful memories created during our vacation and will definitely be returning to enjoy another stay.   Another amazing holiday at Dreams!

  Visited Dreams Macao for the second time as a family of four, two kids age 8 and 5 and my in-laws. We absolutely love it here! One of my fav places ever! The setting, the staff, the food, drinks, pools, beach, entertainment - everything is just the best. One of the best things about this hotel for us is Coco cafe, like a Starbucks, but on site and all inclusive obviously. Amazing iced coffees, cakes, pastries, sandwiches, milkshakes and icecreams for the kids, a daily stop for us and one of my favourite times of the day. The staff at Coco work so hard, thankyou to kendry, mayelin, carolina and marian for being so fabulous and treating us so well! The entertainment team are also amazing, working super long days and always having a smile on their face! Big shout out to Babyface for being the best, so fab with the kids and treating us too! Thankyou for another amazing holiday! We hope to return in a couple of years!

  Great Family holiday

  Just home from a excellent week here - We went as a family of 4 with 9 year and 4/5 year old with a preferred room in building 2. Our Butler Johanny was amazing and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble, he even decorate the room on our daughters birthday. Kenny & Diana from the entertainment team were total stars, my girls loved them. Kenny arranged a surprise cake for my daughter and got her up on stage after the mini disco - really made her day. We spent most mornings at the preferred family pool and afternoons are the slides & splash park. We ate at most of the restaurants just not the adults only ones. All good with our favourite being the Japanese. The only negative about the hotel is the pushy Hyatt unlimited people trying to get you to sign up to a membership

  FIFTH TIME VISITING!!!

  We absolutely love this resort! It's our fifth time visiting and we love it more every time we visit. Somehow, every trip is different than the last and we are always left wanting to come back. This time we did 10 days and we still left wanting to stay a couple more. Ana Pena in concierge is the best! She made our check in and room perfect for our needs. We cannot thank her enough for our beautiful stay. Babyface from the entertainment team is amazing! He makes our kids feel so happy and welcome, we cannot thank him enough for setting such a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Thank you so much! The restaurants are all amazing! Yunelis and Junior run a tight ship and are always wandering around, checking on guests, workers and quality control. Every meal is delicious and we can't decide which restaurant to visit each night. Simon, Juan B, Roberto and all the staff are amazing. Special shout out to Yosandry, who is an amazing hostess. Always making sure we aren't waiting long and get a table we like and enjoy. Victor the bellman always makes sure our check in/out are done on time and without issue, we cannot thank him enough! Kenia, Luisa, Arlin and Mariana at the Coco Cafe are amazing! They always make sure we are well taken care of and that we get our coffees, ice creams, pastries correctly and on time. We cannot thank them enough! Yuberkis and Rigorberto at the Preferred Club family pool provide excellent service and attend to our every need throughout the day, along with our butler Jose Miguel! Overall, it's an amazing resort and provides a lot of value. If you want gourmet food, excellent service and a beautiful resort, for families of all ages, this is the place, we highly recommend!
