Perfect vacation
Mom and newly teen daughter 5 night trip in May 2026. Really a perfect vacation. Location is ideal - 15-20 mins from the airport. Check in and out were a breeze easiest and quickest I’ve ever had. Our room the Jr Amnesia Suite was enormous! On the top floor so the ceilings were extremely vaulted and the sitting area made it a really great space. Did not hear any noise in our room which was fantastic. We had a room close to the lobby, buffet, night shows and pool - perfect location. Beach is a 2 min walk from the pool we timed it. LOVE the walk to the beach, so lush, the turtles and fish swim to shore to greet you as you walk by. No sargassum or seaweed on the beach. Had so much fun playing in the waves with the boogie boards provided. The ocean is beautiful and lots of beach for long walks. The scenery is outstanding. This resort is spotless. Not enough umbrellas by the pool but during this low season we always found one or found a shaded area. The covered beds were always available too. No problem finding a spot by the beach either, plenty of available loungers. Food was great, delicious soups breads and desserts. Potatoes always so delicious, lots of fresh fruit and salads, we only ate at the buffet and loved all of our meals. Love the filtered water stations around the resort - bring a refillable bottle it’s a must. The glass bottle has to stay in the room, we used it for brushing our teeth. Great gift shop to get snacks, water toys and some gifts. Airport also has a great gift shop if you want to wait. I would feel comfortable going to this resort alone, felt so safe and relaxed. Staff speak very good English, seems that speaking English is preferred by most staff so I didn’t need to use any Spanish really. The entertainment staff are an amazing group and the activities were perfectly dispersed throughout the day. Night shows are so fun! Love that it’s a smaller resort, feels like a nice villa and I would love to come back to this report again. It was exactly the chill and relaxed experience I was hoping for.

Wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and loving. If it wasn’t for Ernesto, my friend and I would’ve missed our excursion. We are truly grateful that he reached out to us. Christopher , he’s also a wonderful bartender made my drinks very delicious and Sofia and Desi were very helpful with transportation.

Truly Heavens
This Hotel deserves it's name as a truly heavens in paradise. All services and employees are impeccable, it's not new, but kept in a good shape and very clean, including the beach. Special gratitude to the chef de cuisine for creating such a various and delicious menu every day, all food products are high quality. Geographical location is amazing. We are planning on visiting this Hotel regularly, it became our favorite destination. Big thanks for all the staff for making our vacation perfect.

Wonderful resort. Beautiful beach. Maria, Marta, Sophie, Desi, Tony,Claud and Kendoy we're super nice, always smiling and made us feel welcome.
