Sample a classic tossed green salad, or a refreshing watermelon and cucumber salad. Fish and meat lovers are well served, with the freshest seafood and expertly cooked meat dishes. Mixed stay. Hotel team was always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are well appointed and nice sized bathrooms. Clean balcony with comfortable furniture. Seems like a lot of deferred maintenance. One of two elevators out if service entire stay. Room air conditioner never got the room below 73° but kept humidity at bay. Common areas feel largely unfinished and a bit stark. Large nice beach, offset by seaweed season, which we never knew was a thing. Now we do. Decent pool area and courtyard area between buildings. Neighboring sister property is often priced simply, and is significantly better in all respects. One plus is location, slightly closer if you are mostly walking around the area.

The Reach Key West delivered an exceptional experience in every way. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were elegant and comfortable, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. The amenities and overall ambiance made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning. Ambassador Molly was very helpful giving us great suggestions on places to dine. She was spot on which made our first visit to Key West even more enjoyable.

Stayed here after the Key 100. Had a great experience. Molly was fantastic is helping out our runners after finishing and went the extra mile helping them get settled.

Paradise and Dear Friends
Our time at The Reach was fabulous. The view, the room, the dining and cocktails and especially the staff were all tremendous! The cabana is a treat all should try. It has been a pleasure vacationing at The Reach with friends of 50+ years. Thank you to all of the staff!

I loved The Reach
My husband and I stayed at The Reach for a week in late April. It was our first time to Key West. We had a blast and would definitely go back. The location and food can’t be beat. We’re Hilton members and have stayed all over the world in Hiltons and this was a great property. A highlight was the young man Haider A. who we met at the cafe and boutique. He had the best customer service. He made us feel so welcome. He provided lots of great recommendations around town. He was also a big promoter of the Hilton brand. He’s a keeper. I would definitely promote him! Thanks for another great Hilton experience, Haider A. and the The Reach team!
