Dine at Sun-Sun, only a short walk away from The Reach at sister resort, Casa Marina. Enjoy a cooling cocktail in the warm Key West sunshine, or relax in the shade under canopies at the bar. Sumptuous salads and tantalizing fresh seafood grace the menu at this luxury Key West resort bar. Start with seared diver scallops. Sample a classic tossed green salad, or a refreshing watermelon and cucumber salad. Fish and meat lovers are well served, with the freshest seafood and expertly cooked meat dishes. Enjoy classic steak frites or the huge knife and fork burger. The hotel was great. Kat at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. She always made us feel like we were family whenever we walked into the hotel. Also, Stephanie at the pool was amazing! She was friendly, kind and very attentive. We had a great stay!!

Absolutely the BEST!!!!
I have traveled extensively and I must say, the server at the pool/beach, Stephanie, was THE BEST I have EVER had! She felt like family by the time we left! Thank you Stephanie so much for your kindness, your promptness, and just being so damn sweet! We’ll never forget you!!!!

Anniversary at The Reach, Key West, FL
My husband and I decided to do a “staycation” in Key West for our 58th Wedding Anniversary and chose The Reach. Joe reached out and Rianna Van Erem sent us an email right away. She asked a few questions and got right to work. When we arrived, we found that our room had been upgraded to a studio (it was perfect for us…my husband gets up early and I like to sleep in) and they had left a beautiful Antipasto plate for us. We were treated like VIP’s and everywhere we went, the staff acknowledged us. Annie, at the front desk, was a gem and Heider in the gift shop shared his Spotify when we talked about being entertainers and he and Taylor sent up the sweetest card and I think they gave us the piece of Key Lime Pie and 2 forks that we found in the fridge! We were delighted that the Reach was a sister-hotel with the Casa Marina and walked over to see the changes they had made since we had been there many years ago. It was a wonderful surprise to run into Evelyn Summer (she is our daughter’s bff and was in her wedding there)… and now she is the Manager with 20 years there… and she sent the most wonderful letter and flowers to our room!! We have never been treated so well and loved on by the whole staff… in fact, everyone we met at both facilities was so welcoming!! We spent one day just enjoying both hotels and the pool and went from the pool right up to dinner on the beach. The food at the Four Marlins restaurant was delicious… don’t forget to have the Key Lime Pie and the Chocolate Mousse!! We’ve never had better!! We will definitely be back!

Asheka was such a big help to us. Very welcoming and courteous. She made our stay at the Reach 10 out of 10!

Clean Nice front desk Air in room not cold enough even at 68 deg Roasters everywhere in Key West Asheka at the front desk was super nice and helpful and always checked to see if I was having a good time
