May 18, 2026Do not recommend this hotel
The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of relaxation and overall quality. The main advantages are the convenient location close to the airport and Cancun city, as well as the beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. Many dishes were poorly cooked or prepared, and the menu was repetitive with a very limited selection of fish. The bar also had very limited alcohol options, and there was not even a proper cocktail menu available. Another major issue was the constant noise, both during the day and at night. Forget about having an afternoon siesta or peaceful rest. There were only a few beach loungers available for a very large number of guests, making it difficult to enjoy the beach comfortably. Although the hotel has many restaurants, most of them require reservations and additional payment. Housekeeping was done daily, but it seemed to consist mainly of making the bed and sweeping the floor, without thorough cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation, especially considering the high price. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the cost.

A week ago, guests returned from the hotel with jewelry and a famous brand watch stolen from their room. Since the incident was discovered five hours before checkout, we were unable to investigate the matter with the police. We only recorded the incident with hotel security, which yielded no results. The guests left without the jewelry. The investigation ended before it even began, and we were given no evidence that they had inquired about anything from the staff. We do not recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay, and we will not book it for our guests again.

Ok first I will comment on the positive. The resort is a short distance from the airport . The resort and rooms were clean . The concierge , Bar and restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly . The two specialty restaurants we ate at ( Dos Lunas ) Italian , And ( Bahia ) steak house were good . The same can not be said for the buffet restaurant . Now for the negative ,Not handicap accessible and there were no handrails by pool and some of the restaurants . Poor quality of deserts at the buffet and even the specialty restaurants . I am a rum drinker and the outdoor bars by the pool had no Captain Morgan rum , Sometimes they had Bacardi rum but would constantly run out . The lounges by the pool and on the beach were terrible they were a hard plastic and a lot had cracks in them and there were no umbrellas . Also for the size of the resort and pool there was no separate pool area for adults only . We had kids running and jumping into the pool with no regard to how close they! were landing by us . And last but not least the Peacocks !!!!! They were everywhere on our balcony by the pool and I never knew the high pitched squawking these birds could make all hours of the day & night .They are definitely not afraid of people . I saw quite a few people hand feeding them people food from their outdoor tables .

Ruined Honeymoon
THIS IS NOT A HONEYMOON HOTEL . The experience has been and is horrendous as we are stuck here for another 5 days. We arrived late early hours to a room which was a small box with a loud generatir fan outside the window I cried this is my well earned honeymoon. We eventually got a move but was told the music stops at 11pm The music is relentless 12/13 hours a day you have no escape you have a stage on the beach and a stage to the left of our apartment blaring out till 1.30am The music is fighting to be heard as some times both playing constant BASE. It’s ridiculous it’s supposed to be an enjoyable holiday DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN ENJOYABLE QUIET HOLIDAY IN MY CASE A RUINED Honeymoon. The cleaner did not clean our room for three days left us either dirty towels and no water.
