Overall wonderful experience. Great food, great service (Urbano assisted our party the entire time and was amazing), and extremely relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give this review a 5/5 was due to issues with the app. Many services are provided through the app, however the app would either close out on me or would glitch.

Great all inclusive resort
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was great especially Urbano who took care of all our food and drink orders poolside. He gave us great drink recommendations and by the last day brought out our usual food order before we even asked! If we could give our stay a 4.5 starts we would. The only reason we did not give our stay a 5 rating was because the app has some issues when it comes to food orders but if you couldn’t get it on the app you could get what you wanted when calling by phone. I would come back to this resort again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Secrets Riveria for 5 nights and it was the best experience ever. The staff goes above and beyond to service and help you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was AMAZING. I can not emphasize enough how good the Italian restaurant (Spumonte) and the Strip Grill is. The pools are amazing and the staff there is so great. Our server at the pool everyday was Enzo and he was the nicest most caring guy ever! I can not recommend this resort more it was amazing. We will definitely be back!

One of the best experiences we’ve had!
As someone who stays at all-inclusive resorts once or twice a year, Secrets Riviera Cancun has been one of THE best experiences I’ve had. What sets this experience apart from the rest has been the superb level of service from nearly all the staff present. Not only do they make you feel welcomed, but they take the time to learn your name, where you’re from, what you’re celebrating, etc and help make the trip that much more special. We had the pleasure of having Yesenia as our server at Rosewater 3-4 times and she was incredible, always with a big smile on her face. The service she provided was incredible and she always made us feel so welcome. We were almost upset when she wasn’t our server in the morning on the rare occasion. We also had a blast with Luis and Mia at the pool. Luis was incredibly friendly and outgoing and made the experience at the pool so much fun. He also took the time to learn everyone’s name and connected with the guests on a personal level. He had an infectious energy that made the day so much fun to be at the resort. Cannot express more support for Yesenia, Luis, and Mia at this resort!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. We rented a swim out and contrary to what I read on other reviews, the water was very warm, it was heated. We ate at almost all the restaurants and the food was very good. The pool side entertainment was classy and relaxing.
