  Great place for an adult vacation

  We had an absolutely excellent and memorable stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained the entire resort was. We want to recognize everyone throughout the resort, including those working behind the scenes, who put in so much effort every day to keep Secrets Playa Mujeres beautiful, clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for its guests. It’s clear that a tremendous amount of hard work goes into creating such a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate all of it. A special thank-you goes to the Preferred Club pool concierges, Jaime Lagunas, Alvin, and Axl, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Eduardo and Karen in the Desires Lounge, along with all of the wonderful waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and staff throughout the resort. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. We also have to give a special shoutout to Sam, who drove us in the golf cart to dinner in the evenings. He was extremely funny and always brought a smile to our faces. Those little interactions really added to the experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort itself was beautiful and relaxing, with wonderful amenities and plenty to enjoy. The food was very good, and we loved the wonderful variety of restaurants, dishes, and options available throughout our stay. There was always something different to look forward to, which made each meal an enjoyable part of the vacation. Overall, we had a very good experience and created some wonderful memories. The combination of our spacious, newly renovated room, excellent service, friendly staff, good food, great variety, and welcoming atmosphere made this a vacation we’ll remember. Thank you to the entire Secrets Playa Mujeres team for all of your hard work and for making us feel so welcome. Your efforts truly make a difference, and we appreciate everything you do to make the resort such a special place. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Playa Mujeres and hope to return in the future!

  Fabulous 67th Birthday/ 42nd Wedding Anniversary Celebration!!!

  Secrets Playa Mujeres offered everything I wanted and more: pristine white-sand beaches, stunning ocean views, delectable cuisine with a variety of local and international dishes, and a luxurious spa experience with expert treatments. The staff was genuinely engaging and worked diligently to create a magical atmosphere for guests. My family, a group of fourteen celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, stayed at the recently renovated Secrets Playa Mujeres. Over many years, this hotel has remained one of our favorites. I particularly appreciated the new features and upgrades, including modernized rooms, upgraded pools, and enhanced common areas. The customer service throughout the resort was exceptional; the staff was attentive and detail-oriented. The Concierge Team in the Preferred Lounge stood out—professional, friendly, efficient, and eager to assist us throughout our week-long visit, ensuring every need was met, from transportation to dinner reservations and all the in-between comforts needed for a memorable stay. The restaurant managers are awesome leaders. They always ensured my party enjoyed their service. Rueben at The Market Cafe was exemplary!!! Pablo at Ayara and Jorge at the Ke Ke Chen experience dinner.   Our party of 6 had a great time at this resort. we had 2 members of our party celebrating big birthdays and resort helped us make those celebrations extra special. Big shout out to restaurant manger Mario who even ordered and extra special cake for my daughters 30th birthday. 3 of the entertainment team ( Alexis , Katrina and little Carlos ) made us laugh so much and kept us entertained whilst we were onsite, and we built up such a rappour with these that they became good friends of ours. Would also like to shout out to golf cart driver Sam, who also made us laugh but went out of his way to ensured that we got a restaurant booking for us, and has even messaged us when we arrived home to make sure we got home safe. My wife and I had visited this resort in 2023 and we didnt quite enjoy this experience as much due to a new restaurant booking system and not as good menus, but i would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Amazing Staff Made Our Stay Truly Special

  We had a good experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres, Dreams Playa Mujeres, and several staff members made our trip special. Our waiter, Wilbert Caamal,at Maris in Dreams resort was absolutely fantastic! He made our lunch experience so enjoyable and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Sam, our golf cart driver at Secrets Playa Mujeres was incredibly nice and fun, but he also became our photographer and took great pictures! He has such a positive personality. I also have to say a special thank you to Mario, the manager at Portofino. We shared with him that we were disappointed with an experience we had at another restaurant. Mario really listened to us and invited us to Portofino, promising that he would make sure we received the best treatment- and boy, did he deliver! He went above and beyond to make our evening special. The service and attention we received were amazing. Thank you to our wonderful waiter at Maris- Wilbert, Sam and Mario from Secrets Playa Mujeres for taking such great care of us and making our trip so much fun.

  Good for a budget friendly stay

  Location of the resort is nice and far away from everything good if you aren't tryinf to leave the resort much and enjoy everything it has to offer
