  A relaxing break with fantastic staff!

  Had such a lovely week in Lanzarote staying at Secrets! The staff were all so great, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They were attentive and efficient in everything they did. The Italian restaurant was a particular favourite of ours, the mushroom risotto was amazing! We never had to rush for a sunbed there was plenty to go around. The only very small points I would say was that the bathroom was very small in our room (maybe our room type) the shower, toilet etc were all in very close proximity to one another, secondly the buffet was a bit limited at lunch for veggie options. Aside from these very minor points I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

  Amazing

  Amazing place. Staff really helpful and friendly, the spa was amazing. We had two rooms and were lucky enough to get an upgrade. If you can afford it I highly recommend the jacuzzi suite with sea views. Absolute bliss. Great location. A short walk to bars and restaurants by the quay. The entertainment staff were brilliant and I’d definitely recommend the cocktail classes, yoga and water aerobics.

  Lovely place

  Absolutely lovely holiday!! From the staff, food, pools, drinks, restaurants, snacks absolutely every part of our stay was catered and cared for. We stayed all inclusive preferred which I highly recommend ! It's a very quiet resort, so if you are looking to relax this is the place

  Lovely hotel and a really enjoyable stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere and was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent throughout the whole visit – really friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything I needed. The service was very good and everyone made me feel welcome. The facilities were good and I had no problems during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

  Don’t book preferred club

  Recently returned from a 2 week stay at the Secrets hotel Lanzarote, firstly I can’t praise the staff enough polite,friendly nothing to much trouble. The hotel is rated as 5 star but unfortunately in my opinion it falls short in several areas ,decoration along the corridors , doors leading to the stair wells ( fire doors ) ? left open and hanging off the door frames ,flooring in the lift ( 5th floor ) ripped and coming off, general house keeping in the rooms needs to be improved . Having paid the hotel direct to upgrade from all inclusive to double sea view Preferred club room ( €1750 ) as a surprise for my wife as she was recovering from a serious medical condition I feel this fell well short of what we were expecting, the preferred extras offered lunch in the Oceana restaurant poor experience waited 45 mins to receive our order when it arrived it was missing items of food and the temperature of the meal was warm unfortunately we got up and left as did other guests and breakfast in the Porto Fino restaurant and lunch in the Bare Foot Grill both of which were excellent ,the evening meal selection at the World Cafe was extremely poor . Mini bar selection poor, I still can’t see what the €1750 got me extra as all the rooms looked identical don’t know where the double see view was and the exclusive accommodation areas as listed seemed to be overlooked.
