A fantastic hotel in beautiful grounds ! We have travelled to various hotels in Riviera Maya previously but this was definitely the best. The service was amazing from everyone we encountered and it felt really genuine all the time. Great food and hotel layout with plenty going on but loads of space if you wanted peace and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Stayed 5 nights with 7 guests. Two of our party had the ocean front room that overlooked the ocean and Infinity pool.
The stay, property and staff were absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful celebration for our daughter’s graduation with her Master’s Degree

Incredible and memorable vacation!
I had a wonderful trip here! The place was beautiful the staff was incredible nice, helpful, and fun. I especially loved the daily activities at the resort and the people leading them; Erick, Anthony, Oscar, Mario, Andrea, Ceena and our favorite, Alan! The food was delicious and did some snorkeling in the ocean and saw some beautiful fish. My family is already talking about planning our next trip to Secrets Akumal.

Truly Amazing Resort - We will be back!
Absolutely incredible resort, set right into the Jungle. Lots of Nature and Wildlife. All the staff were incredible, friendly and so helpful. We had an amazing honeymoon and visited the surrounding areas such as Chichen Itza and Tulum archeological sight but our highlight was being able to swim with and alongside so many sea turtles just in the waters off the beach of the resort itself - truly magical. We hope we can return to this unique place sometime in the future. Thank you so much for having us!!
