  Please read. DO NOT STAY HERE

  Location was far from airport, but our driver was really nice and informative which made the drive go by quickly. Atmosphere: Was ok the grounds of the resort were cool. Rooms: Dated, furniture scratched and or dirty. There was hair in our tub and on the floor upon us walking in, the cleaning staff explained that the hair came from the fan. Value: We had a junior suite swim out and it was not worth it we paid $2400 for two of us in the room and the room was more of a $1500 room! Cleanliness: Resort has roaches and rats. I seen a roach in our swim out and when walking to our room a rat ran out of one bush to the next! JUST NASTY! Food:Ewwyyuuuckkkk you can request chicken or turkey sausage in the buffet however neither were tasty, pancakes nasty french toast ok. Stay: Not all that friendly some happy to help more than others. We asked for the air to be turned up in their conference center where they held my friends wedding and were told it was because of the amount of people in the room. 105 of us traveled from around the world for a special occasion and our experience was not good! I can not wait to get back home and wash this vacation off of me and dine at home or a restaurant that I know food is up to par! This is my second time at a Royalton property and it was for a family member special occasion I will Never stay at another Royalton AGAIN. I sent out a group chat letting everyone know to NEVER INVITE ME TO A ROYALTON AGAIN. If it is not at an Excellence property like the Finest or one of the Excellence it self or a Secrets Property. Take me out the group chat. My standards are high but reasonable and I travel often. I am use to a certain way of living and traveling and Royaltons do not align. Don’t be fool the pictures look great on line but the walls in the rooms are dirty the head boards dirty with marks and chips. Do not stay here. Staff also not interested in your complaints they feel this is acceptable only ONE staff member said they were aware of the issues and the property is under renovation well they need to close down until then. Best part of the vacation so far is that the pools close at 6 and after that you can enjoy the pools at your own risk. Im love the water so I enjoy swimming in both the swim up or main pools.

  Maybis and coco are great entertainers They interact with the guest as they were family,always caring for everyone Me and my wife had a great experience My recommendation is for the whole world Ask for them when you arrive

  Diamond Club Was a Huge Disappointment – We Cannot Wait to Leave

  We are writing this on our final day at Royalton Saint Lucia and, sadly, we genuinely cannot wait to leave. That is not how anyone should feel at the end of a holiday you have looked forward to and paid a considerable amount of money for. We booked Diamond Club expecting the enhanced and personalised service that is advertised. Unfortunately, the butler service has been one of the biggest disappointments of our stay. At the beginning, very little was being done for us and it was only after we complained to the butler manager that things started to improve, including having our fridge stocked and restaurant reservations arranged. Fabian deserves a special mention because he was helpful and did make an effort with us. Unfortunately, the overall butler experience did not match his standard. Cleanliness was another major disappointment. Our room was not cleaned to the standard we would expect from a resort of this level. The corridors were also not kept clean and neither were the lifts. These are basic things that should be maintained throughout the day, particularly in a resort selling a premium Diamond Club experience. We also had a beach dinner arranged for us, which resulted in both of us being badly bitten by sand flies. What was supposed to be a special experience unfortunately became another negative part of our holiday. The final disappointment came with our departure. We were told that late checkout had been approved until 5pm, but we would have to pay $35 USD until 2pm and then another $20 USD for every additional hour until 5pm. Considering the additional amount we had already paid for Diamond Club, this was extremely disappointing. We have decided not to pay any more money and will check out at the normal time and spend our remaining hours in the Diamond Club lounge. A holiday should finish with you wishing you could stay another few days. Unfortunately, ours has ended with us counting down the hours until we leave. There are some lovely features at this resort and some individual members of staff who work very hard, with Fabian deserving particular recognition. However, poor cleanliness, inconsistent butler service and the overall Diamond Club experience have left us extremely disappointed. We came here expecting a relaxing premium holiday. Instead, on our final day, we simply cannot wait to go home. Based on our experience, we would not pay for Diamond Club again and would not return to this resort.

  Beautiful hotel

  This hotel aimed to please and did an excellent job! Clean and spacious in rooms and across the grounds which are also safe and close to beach. Staff are welcoming friendly and fantastic at ensuring they give the best service. The butlers were amazing 👏🏽 we had Monique and Jesse who took care of all our needs. We used spa and gym and found both modern and inviting. The restaurant selection was really good and there was lots of food on offer and throughout our trip we paid for nothing! We will definitely use this hotel again and very glad we had the chance to experience this wonderful hotel.
