Wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic!
We had an amazing stay at the Royalton CHIC Cancun! The location was perfect, the food and restaurants were delicious, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping, room service, and the spa were all excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and bilingual, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Samara, who was absolutely amazing! She helped us with everything, from restaurant reservations and excursions to providing useful information throughout our stay. She truly made our experience extra special!

Sandra and Iran are amazing!
We had such an incredible stay at the resort, and a huge part of what made our vacation so special was our amazing butlers, Sandra and Iran. From the moment we arrived, they were nothing but kind, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. No request was ever too much, and they always made us feel so well taken care of. They made my birthday especially memorable and added so many thoughtful touches that made the entire experience feel extra special. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our vacation an amazing one. Sandra and Iran were an absolute highlight of our stay. Their hospitality made us feel incredibly welcomed and spoiled, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us. We couldn’t have asked for better butlers or a better experience. Thank you, Sandra and Iran, for helping make my birthday and our vacation so unforgettable! The staff was amazing!
We had butlers Arturo and Marisol that helped us with anything we needed during our trip! We also were helped with outdoor seating and needs by Omar, Santiago, and Donis, Our stay was amazing and relaxing! Can’t wait to come back!
