Can’t wait to go again!
I highly recommend this resort. I went for my birthday and my friends and I had such a great time. The resort is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We selected the Diamond Club package, and I was assigned two butlers, Rosa and Monse, who were incredibly friendly, supportive, energetic and really enhanced the overall experience. I’d also like to give an honourable mention to one of the staffs, Daniel. There is plenty to do at the hotel, and it’s in a perfect location near the Strip, the shopping mall, and other key areas. I stayed in the two-bedroom presidential suite, which was beautiful and very spacious. The hotel also has a lively atmosphere, making it easy to meet other travellers.

Sandra and Samara were exceptional butlers throughout our stay. They were professional, attentive, and consistently a step ahead of our needs. They anticipated details before we even mentioned them, made every interaction warm and genuine, and ensured our experience felt personalized and effortless. Their dedication, teamwork, and hospitality truly elevated our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Awesome accommodations and butler service
Our vacation was awesome!! We all were so relaxed and had a wonderful time due in part to our butlers Samara and Sandra. They made sure both families needs and wants were accommodated. They welcomed us as soon as we stepped out of the car service and were checking in with us to make sure everything went smoothly throughout each day. They made sure to come by and see us off on our departure day. We highly recommend their services if staying at the Royalton Chic Cancun. Our families will definitely request then on a return visit.

VIBE TEAM IS AMAZING!! alexander is such a vibe and so fun to party with!! we had so much fun an neon night and silent party and foam party and mexican night.. it goes on but they are all sooo accommodating and friendly! BEST RESORT WITH THE BEST VIBE TEAM EVERRRRR!!<3
