We had an amazing experience at the resort! Our butler Joel was outstanding — extremely responsive, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He handled all of our reservations seamlessly and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues during our trip. We also want to give special recognition to Angel, one of the servers at the resort. He was phenomenal! Every time we saw him — which was often throughout the resort — he greeted us like friends and made us feel so welcomed. His energy and kindness truly stood out and added so much to our experience. Thank you to Joel, Angel, and the entire staff for making our vacation so enjoyable. We would definitely return!

A piece of heaven!
We had a fantastic trip! Beautiful room, amazing beach, great food. Our Butler, Ryan, took care of us all week long by making our supper reservations, fulfilling our requests, etc. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was with family, and we were very happy overall. The best part of the trip was the service provided by our butler, David. As areas for improvement, we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen and in the hotel hallways. I would also suggest a stronger focus on babies, as there were many families with infants and we struggled with food options for our baby. Everything else was very good.

Amazing family vacation – the staff made all the difference
We stayed at Royalton Bavaro for a family vacation celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday, and we had an excellent experience. The resort itself has so much to offer for families — great pools, beach access, activities throughout the day, and plenty of entertainment at night. There was always something to do whether we wanted a relaxing pool day or more family activities. The biggest reason this trip stood out though was the people. A huge thank you to Joel, our host/butler, who was absolutely outstanding. Joel went above and beyond all week checking in on us, helping with reservations and requests, and making sure everything ran smoothly. He made us feel genuinely taken care of and added a personal touch that made the vacation even more enjoyable. He truly helped take the stress out of traveling so we could focus on making memories as a family. I also want to recognize all of the staff throughout the resort. From the restaurants and bars to housekeeping and everyone we interacted with, people were friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to make guests feel comfortable. Most people remember the pools, food, and beach, but what really makes a place stand out is the people — and that’s what we’ll remember most. We made some great family memories here and had an amazing trip celebrating our daughter’s birthday.
