Great hotel with very lovely and professional staff. The rooms were amazing and big, it was clean and tidy and the bed were very comfy. Bathroom was big and amenities were great. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel was easy to navigate. They also kindly let us keep our bags before and after check in so we had time to explore. My only fault with this amazing hotel was that outside our room the bin lorry had came at around 6am to empty the glass bin whether it was from the hotel or another establishment it was so loud and woke us up with a fright. Other than that fabulous hotel and great value and location.

The hotel to stay in
The hotel to stay in when you are in Dublin. Historic but modern. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. There is a luggage room where you can store your suitcase/bags before check in. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed! A kettle is provided along with a selection of teas and coffee. Air conditioning is available but the windows do open. Breakfast is a buffet and the food is always warm and fresh. The restaurant is also very good with plenty of choice and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Experience
We had big family with two rooms. Staff is very friendly, rooms for 4 peole was okay size but nice and nice two-sink bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good; good quality food, coffee was just okay. Very close to many bars and nice walking streets. Definitely, will come back again.

The Gresham Gets It!
Our tour group from the U.S. stayed 3 nights at the Gresham. We arrived at 730am, which was way before check-in. Front desk staff acknowledged our travel weariness and said they would do their best to get us all into a room as soon as possible. The hotel staff locked our luggage in storage and after breakfast in the hotel we began to see the city. About 2 or 3 hours before normal check-in the couples in our group were contacted by the front desk that our rooms were ready. Not only were the staff of The Gresham kind and accomodating, but the Irish breakfasts were phenomenal. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely return to The Gresham

Great stay!
Very large and clean room. Bathroom for gorgeous and big!! Two sinks! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Happy w stay. While I never felt unsafe, just be aware that this part of O’Connell street is very busy with all sorts of people so be extra vigilant w your belongings and returning after dark.
