We booked a family suite at a cost of over £400 for one night. Whilst there was nothing "wrong" as such - the hotel lacked personality throughout. Staff were polite but impersonal, no extras like biscuits or water in the room, just a bit - soul less. Breakfast was average. Again, missing the personal touches and quite basic albeit nice enough. Room clean and ok sizewise. For the price, I just felt the hotel did mot live up to others we have stayed at in central London.

We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and our room was lovely and clean, with a fantastic view, although there were a few marks on the pillows. Breakfast offered a huge range of options, although finding the breakfast area was a bit of a maze! The hotel had a busy atmosphere, which was fine, and checkout was super quick and easy. However, we couldn’t check in early and luggage left with the hotel is stored out in front of reception, which felt a little unusual; the automatic bathroom light was slightly annoying; and the rooms can be a little noisy at times. With the deal we got, the stay was very good value for money, and we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Riu
Wonderful hotel, all the staff are very welcoming, helpful & courteous. We requested the same room that we had last year,& this was no problem. Housekeeping is of an extremely high standard throughout the hotel, & our room was always cleaned by the time that we returned from breakfast, with everything replenished & gleaming. Breakfast is superb , with every choice imaginable,& constantly replenished to accommodate everyone's choices. The staff are constantly cleaning & clearing, & very friendly & helpful. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you
