Stayed here for 3 nights UK bank holiday weekend and wasn't disappointed. Better experience than we had at the riu plaza the Westminster the previous weekend (minor issues of service and not receiving our night allocation to riu class ). The hotel was in a great location and either walkable to many sites of interest or via the S/U/DB trains (cheap, punctual and regular). Hotel was spotless , room was spotless and very comfortable (ask for extra pillows if you need them ), service was excellent with anyone we interacted with , reception, bar and cleaning. Bathroom had under tile heating and good cooling , 2x TVs and a seating area . Bottle of water in fridge was a welcome touch too . Will definately be back here . Didn't receive anything in the room for our riu gold membership but it wasn't an issue but wanted to point it out for future guests .

Good location, friendly and service-minded staff and the same high quality of the hotel as in the UK and USA.

Hotel in Schöneberg center
Very good with good location. Near shopping and restaurants. Nice room and very good beds. Breakfast is very good and lot of choices.

Relaxing hotel at a great location
Stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff very friendly, welcoming and professional. Room very clean with all amenities and a great view. Breakfast was included with plenty of options. Would definitely stay again.
