I was not having the greatest vacation, until i decided to spend a day at the pool, gotta say Andrea from entertainment was amazing, her vibe was incredible and her charisma unmatched. She had the greatest smile, very contagious by the way. Cant wait to head back!

Hard to beat!
We really enjoyed our brief 3 night stay. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The resort is clean and the rooms are comfortable, well appointed, cleaned regularly, and well stocked. We found the food to be very good, both at the buffet, as well as at several of the restaurants. Staff was very friendly, no matter where we encountered them. Night entertainment is a little on the tranquil side, but we aren’t heavy partier. Access to the beach, the pools, and the proximity to food and beverage is excellent. The bonus - we never felt crowded nor were there ever any long lines we encountered.

Love this hotel!
We just got back from the Riu Palace and LOVED it! The hotel was gorgeous. Very clean. Tons of food options and staff went over the top to meet our needs!
