The staff is incredible
Hotel Riu Palace Cabo is a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredible, and the food is delicious! The only down side is, It's an old hotel, and the pool really shows it. There is rust on the intake water valves, the tiles are chipped and coming out all over, One swim up bar had the entire table closed off because it was falling apart. However, that being said, the hotel was very clean! The stall work really hard cleaning and wiping down everything! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Excellent Vacation Spot
The resort was beautiful. Not over the top and not simplistic. Just perfect. Every staff member had a smile on their face, even when they weren't engaged with us. The food at the restaurants on site were amazing. The buffets had great variety and were plentiful. Pool areas were clean, and supervised well. Rules were enforced when needed. Overall, we had a perfect experience with zero complaints.

Fun in Cabo
This was our second Riu experience and it definitely won't be the last. The resort is beautiful and the staff is unbelievable. Especially Beto, Raul, Pedro and Irma! Fun, friendly, and incredibly clean environment
