If you enjoy staying somewhere where the surrounding area is bustling with life, this hotel is perfect for you – it’s a place where you certainly won’t get bored. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, and I really enjoyed the food – varied dinners and standard breakfasts.

Eclipse holiday
fab service, very efficient would recommend. Staff very friendly and professional, very clean and great variety of food. Special thanks to waitress SALAY who loved our cuddly toys mickey and minnie and made our stay special.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay at Riu Festival! 😊 Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a fantastic atmosphere. Everything was perfect – we’d definitely recommend it!☀️💚

Just returned from 10 nights in RUI Festival, Palma, Mallorca. Everything went very smoothly and we can't really fault the hotel. The staff are great - some of the dining room staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was a good size and the twin beds were very comfortable & spacious. The bathroom was a good size too. Housekeeping was thorough and daily. The buffet style food was, on the whole, very good, with lots of salad choice, good meat choice, and a presentation display nightly of varying 'specials', eg: shrimp, asparagus, chocolate fountain, jamon. The outside area was fine, but we did feel the pool was not big enough for the amount of people staying and the filtration system could not cope with the number of falling pine needles from the overhanging trees. On the whole, we had a really nice stay, and enjoyed being only 250 yards from the beach.

Good, but be aware!
The hotel is very clean, staff are wonderful, especially Antonio on reception. The food is very nice, although doesn’t change much, or isn’t very Spanish, no Iberico ham to carve, tiny amount of gazpacho, always empty, etc. The hotel guests are 99% German, the hotel caters for them, even the Tui Rep’s grasp of English was poor and lastly the curtains in the rooms do not meet in the middle, mean a shaft of sunlight wakes you at approx 4am! I would rate the hotel as ‘good’ but this option is unavailable.
