Highly recommended
every single staff member was super friendly. We got a great upgrade on our room, so I really appreciate the lady at the check-in desk. entertainment at the hotel was great! drinks were good and everyone always made sure you’re well taken care of. it was a very pretty hotel and had nice gym area. Food was delicious. No complaints there. The only thing is I guess the season that we went in the ocean was not great and full of sargassum so we couldn’t go in the water. you are also an hour away from downtown so something to keep in mind

The buffet could improved by offering different food choices each day. The bedroom was very clean and well maintained but the pillows could be more comfortable. Overall we had a good experience with the resort

Family Vacation
Our stay at Hotel Riu Dunamar was exceptional from start to finish. Customer service was outstanding with every staff member professional friendly and efficient. Food was consistently delicious with great variety and excellent presentation. Drinks were well made and bartenders were fast and attentive. Housekeeping kept rooms spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Maintenance responded quickly whenever needed. Front desk service was smooth welcoming and efficient. Servers in all restaurants were attentive and caring ensuring a great dining experience. Night entertainment was lively and enjoyable creating a fun atmosphere. The beach and location were beautiful perfect for relaxation and activities. We would return.

Amazing Family Experience
This was our first 'family vacation' - first time bringing the kids to an all inclusive. Riu Dunamar was the right choice. They had a ton of kid-oriented activities in the RiuLand kids club, an excelllent splash pad and very spacious kid-friendly family pools. The food selection at the buffer was very good, and my boys alwyas found a variety of foods they wanted to try. The resort was spotless. The staff were always cleaning and tidying up, and always had a smoke on their face. Our room was great, and clean. We will be going back!
