Great hotel, lots to do. We stayed Star Class so had even more options. We had a swim up room which we spent most of our days in during our second week. The main pools were lovely but they got so hot as the day went on! Late afternoon it was like getting into a hot bath! Not complaining it was nice but we found our pool cooler for dipping in when you get too hot! I would definitely request an end room as the section of the pool is a bit bigger. Slight improvements the hotel could make are: An earlier screening day around 2 pm at the cinema and more film choices as the same films repeat each week. No salt and pepper on any of the restaurant tables. As a girl who loves salt this was hard, although you could ask for it. No full length mirror in the rooms. Would’ve liked to have seen the full extent of my sunburn before I got home lol! More consistent service with in room bar restocks, we found this was only completed when we requested this from our butler. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Book the trip! You'll enjoy it!
What a great trip, thanks largely in part to a great staff! This was my first trip to Cancun and first trip to an all inclusive. We came to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. We booked a Star Class, Junior Suite with a swim out. I highly recommend Star Class and a swim out! The Star Class upgrade gives you access to the amazing butler team. Our team was Mauricio and Edwar. I will say that they are the biggest reason for our trip being so memorable. They went out of their way to do little things for us and they were always quick to respond to any requests. My wife was so happy when we were made to feel special on our anniversary day. 5 stars for Mauricio and Edwar! Another shout out goes to Paulino. He was our server at the Adult Pool. I am not sure how many steps he walks per day, but I can tell you that he is always happy, smiling and truly taking great care of all of his guests, no matter how busy he is. We also visited the Spa for a couples massage. Eve and Gabriela took great care of us. Probably the best massages we have received! The entire Spa team was amazing and we truly enjoyed the experience. When it came time for eating, we have nothing but great things to say about the staff at all of the restaurants. They seemed empowered to do what they needed to do to take care of the guests and any special requests that we had. There were many times they went above and beyond to make us feel special! We also did the floating breakfast. What a great experience! The team that set it up for us was amazing and it was a very generous portion of food and included a nice bottle of champagne. Things that could be improved: The burgers at Guys burgers were awful! Not even school cafeteria level. We couldn't even finish them. Our shower was only spraying at about 30% capacity and the temperature could never get quite right. Not enjoyable after spending the day in the sun! The room service staff was amazing! The room service food was awful! The chicken strips were hard and overcooked. The pizza was like a microwaved pizza. The evening entertainment was lacking. Especially for the Adult side. This is something that should be looked at to enhance the overall experience. Overall, we loved out time and we especially enjoyed the staff that made our trip so memorable!
