Excellent!
Excellent service! Zahid makes the best omelette for breakfast at La Veranda. My room was clean and spacious. I also enjoyed sauna every morning at 7am. Pleasent experience overall!

The resort is ok, needs improvements in food selection and customer service. My group of 12 did attend in May off peak season and half of the resort was closed for construction and understaff. It's not handicap friendly for wheelchairs, there's no handicap lifts for swimming pools or aid for beach access to the sandy beach or water. The food was boring and only one restaurant open. No stage area, no announcements for entertainment no music by the pools or beach. Servers in bars, pools and buffet are not friendly if you ask for help they straight out say it's not there job. The adult pool was full of kids and pool water was murky/dirty all 7 days we stayed. Member services for members does not exist. Hotel manager Miguel, Janet W. concierge and Ceci member services along with other lobby reception personal where not knowledgeable and did not help. One night we ask a bell hop to take a picture of the group and he did with a horrible attitude and he told his fellow coworkers he wasn't a photographer. The picture was cut off I asked a guest and she gladly took several good pictures. I had to pay for dirty towels cleaning service because I spilled lime ice cream. There is no notice regarding handling the room towels. Hotel rules change from employee to employee you can never get an accurate answer. I do not recommend this hotel maybe it's better when its in full service but if the customer service is the same I don't think it's any better. They should have negative stars they don't so I'll do one. Be aware!
