A quiet, boutique-style family hotel. For those who don't like crowds, noise, and fuss. The food is varied and delicious, and schools of fish and turtles swim in the pond on the hotel grounds. The hotel isn't new, but it's still in very good condition. The entertainment is excellent. The natural surroundings are stunning. The only downside is the beach, a common problem with the shoreline. I'll miss my vacation. Thank you.

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday here and had a fantastic time. We stayed in a concierge master swim up suite and it was perfect, the room was very spacious and was kept so clean and we had a turn down service every night. The pool was very clean and just a couple of steps from our room,we were in it every day! There was never an issue with sunbeds and no one was out putting towels first thing! The choice of food and restaurants was excellent and we liked the fact we could use both family and adult restaurants. We loved the Japanese restaurant which had the cooking show experience. We loved the fact there was bar service round the pools and indoors too,thanks to Maria in the North bar who was always there to have a chat and serve us our drinks. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We must send our special thanks to Nestor our concierge who was in touch with us every day and looked after us so well ,nothing was too much trouble for him,we would certainly recommend the concierge service. There is nothing to fault with the hotel and we can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely vacation
Service, amenities, food, pools were all wonderful. I recommend upgrading to Family Concierge, you get your concierge to help with things like dinner reservations, and you get a separate pool to use (really the only pool we used), and a breakfast and lunch restaurant plus lounge area with drinks and snacks. Really no negative experiences at the restaurants. I think Sal steak restaurant was my favorite. Beach was nice but lots of sargassum. They did their best. I would come here again.

May 18, 2026Wonderful vacation with a few hiccups
We had the pleasure of visiting this resort for the first time during the end of April. Generally speaking it is a small resort, easy to get around and feels well kept. We travelled with our family of 5, 3 kids ages 4,8,10 and this resort kept us busy and happy for the 7 nights we stayed. On our second evening there we unfortunately had no air conditioning, we requested a fix that evening and was told it would start cooling down. Sadly it did not cool down and we had minimal sleep that night. Throughout the next day we made many trips to and from the lobby and the room to try and get it fixed but it could not be done. We ended up speaking with guest services and they were able to get us into a new room for that night and then for the rest of our stay gave us a free upgrade to a swimout room at my request. There are a handful of swim outs at this resort that are shoved in the corners and they do not have loungers out front, which is where we were put but none the less it was an upgrade that we got great use out of. Due to having to move rooms three times we ended up living out of our suitcases for the trip. I was worried that not upgrading to the family concierge would be a problem for reservations but we were actually able to get decent reservation times for the à la cartes. Breakfast in the main buffet is crowded and busy, you can request at that hostess stand to be seated at blue agave once they open and it is a much better atmosphere. Service could be better in the buffets, we always had to ask for coffee and water top ups. Outside the glass at blue agave there are three iguanas that hang out and it was fun to watch them as we ate. Pools were the perfect temperature and always felt we could find a spot to sit, get to the pirate ship early if you want to snag a spot there though. The aquazone kept my kids very entertained. We had one instance of being kicked out due to a swarm of bees and once it was closed due to a shituation… Nespresso coffee bar and the ice cream shop were a daily stop at least once. They work hard to keep the beach clean and service is good there. Sadly not overly swimmable due to the sargassum while we were there. A few minute walk to the left down the beach was a wonderful fresh water lagoon area that locals hang out at and we enjoyed spending some time there and could swim in the ocean in that area. Service was generally good at the à la cartes and the bars. I would definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
