    Great place to relax

    Overall, everything was great from Elvis to the staff, including Suleidy and our favorite bartenders, Jonathan and Jorge. The only downside I have to mention is Jean, the person who checked us in. He was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with the bed situation. He was more concerned about upselling us to a different room. I’ve always traveled with three people and double beds have never been an issue. They kept insisting that they only have twin beds, but all the hotels I’ve stayed at have full-size beds. So, just from that experience, I had a sour taste in my mouth about the beds and the issue that arose afterward. However, everything else was great. I also have to say that when it comes to night entertainment, they could do better. They should offer a variety of options, even a beach party

    Located on Bavaro Beach. Gorgeous grounds. Room was clean and updated. Excellent service. Felt pampered the whole time.

    Best vacation ever!

    This hotel is clean and well maintained. The adult only section, with your own butler, is awesome. Basilio was our butler and he is the best. Very attentive, kind, on the ball and looked out for us in every way. Gladys and Jayme are fabulous massage therapists onsite, but the spa at Zel hotel next door is worth the trip as it has all the amenities you expect in a spa…jacuzzi, cold pool, steam room, showers etc etc. The food is surprising good given they have to cook for so many. Favorite restaurant was a toss up between Blue Agave, Mexican vs the Italian place. Both have lots to choose from but the pork tacos at one and the rigatoni at other are both great choices. Very tasty. Mina’s for the skirt steak and Japanese one for the sushi and cucumber salad were great choices. And the LunchBox buffet was surprising good and fresh. You won’t be disappointed!!! Go and enjoy! Love that the hotel leaves floaties in the pool for guests to use.
