May 22, 202625th Wedding Anniversary trip!
Our trip to Paradisus Cabos by Melia for our 25th wedding anniversary was the right choice because it was unbelievable and amazing not only due to the brand but because of THE PEOPLE who made it that way! This is an adult only resort and a relax atmosphere. In our stayed we noticed late 20-70+ average age as guests. No timeshare or speech on buying membership when you check in. Only explanation on how the resort and reservation are done and by when. (That was our experience) free and reliable WiFi throughout. Check in: Starting with the smooth check in time with Jared followed by Esteban with daily dinner and pool bally bed reservations. Pool area: Kevin made sure that our pool accommodations were locked in each day and Servando was extremely helpful providing recommendations on things to do and bringing us towels etc …and checking on us periodically! Reservations for bally beds are done 24 hours prior. See your concierge for that or front desk. Pool service by Jasmin (Jazzy), Angel and Pablo (beware: they are mind readers- they brought us our favorite drinks and snacks even before we asked) lol 😆 service was outstanding. Keeping us hydrated!!! Bathrooms around the pool and Sante (for reserve guest ) area were clean. Jesus, the pool activity leader, was very enthusiastic and friendly every day with awesome attitude towards us and from what I saw with other guests too. Music was good (with current tunes and oldies too) throughout the day. No need to get up early to reserve chairs by the pool. Overall entertainment was good during the day and night- this is not a party resort! If you want to party head to Cabos San Lucas for that. Restaurants: We did try all restaurants. We have our favorites and are the following: #1 Sante (Mediterranean) with the MOST delicious rack of lamb, the filet which was juicy medium and I got a big piece -that I had to share with my hubby-& the grilled sea prawns ( langostinos) were enormous. Salads were delicious and fresh. We booked this restaurant various times. all was yum yum yum!!! and #2 Capalla (Italian) had the artisan Pizza ( which we didn’t order) but they had other delicious choices like salads and main courses. Our waiter was Selena on both restaurants (Sante and Capella) and she was friendly and treated us like royalty with special drinks and special dessert for our anniversary. We booked it a couple of times. Now our least fav was Cielo (Mexican) the fried tortillas were very greasy and my mole chicken was dry and my husband’s fish was ok. But service was better than the food. I didn’t feel the Mexican experience. Something we really liked was the appetizers. That saved the dinner. I had 2 miniature sopes and some sort of tostada with beef. Yum. And 4th place goes to Tokimeku (Japanese) the rolls saved this place. The Miso soup was salty and the ginger salad was more like an american garden salad with ranch dressing and big chunks of lettuce stalk that should have been discarded at prep. Our waiter was not friendly and we felt rushed. The coffee shop had good ice cream my husband’s fav was the matcha and yummy pastries BUFFET: at Malva, the food was plenty and not so big that you get lost in so many choices. We really liked that. Susana (Susie) our server was very good. She made us feel welcome every morning. She remembered how I drank my coffee every morning and brought us our daily green juice (this was yummy and healthy- try it!). Sante: this is for the reserve guests only. This is a la carte option. We did try it for breakfast and lunch. Our fav was the lunch options. Food & service was good. Limited options. Beach: The sand on the beach was grainy on the majority parts and others smooth (not like Florida flaffy white sand ) but you have to appreciate the topography of the beach … it’s Cabo! bring your water shoes if you plan to do walks on the beach. Plenty of bally beds on the beach. This is a swimmable beach just ask the lifeguard for any water conditions or jellyfish. Location: This resort is perfect located because you are in the middle (aka corridor) of cabo to main places : only 25 minutes from the airport , 25 minutes (head south) to Cabos San Lucas and 25 minutes (head north) to San Jose del Cabo. We look forward to returning to Paradisus Cabos. Highly recommend this resort.

The beginning of the stay was frustrating between the vendors in the airport lying to me (not your issue) but then the hard sell to buy into your timeshare and not meeting their commitment for the timing of the presentation nor keeping their commitment that no means no after I said it 15 times. After that, it was amazing in every way and Roberto went out of his way to make us feel special as did the rest of your team.

Great Place - Totally Coming Back
We've vacationed all around the world and all over Mexico - have to say, Paradisus is one of the top places we've been! The property is fantastic, the staff amazing and the food was wonderful!. Can't say enough nice things about the entire tirip! Will totally be booking this one again!

Excellent concierge service
We've just come back from our 6 nights all inclusive stay at the Paradisus Los Cabos. This property is well maintained, clean, suitable for a quiet oriented family or couple people. We tried all the restaurants and most the food are good especially the Sante (Mediterranean) and the Capella (Italian). Our stay were very enjoyable from the check in to check out due to excellent concierge service provided by Ashley Lawrence. She helped with everything from morning until late night activites for examples booked all dinner reservations (and last minutes changes), arranged same day off-site excursions, and advised on-site schedules etc. Just texted her then always she responded in few minutes. We will be back!
