We stayed at the only over the water bungalow in Cancun. This is our third time here at the Palafitos over the water bungalow. It is the best hotel in Cancun. We had great experience each time. Fernando and Aldo were our butler and Alberto was our driver. They were all great. Fernando went above and beyond his duty as a butler in getting what we need or request. The Palafitos restaurant was the best especially with gourmet food. We highly recommend this 5 Stars plus hotel and definitely would come back here again. P.S. Our friends (3 other couples) came with us for the first time to the Palafitos over the water bungalow and they also loved it.

Paradise over the water
Fernando, Aldo, and Alberto, our butler and driver, were fantastic! The overwater bungalow is the best; that's the only way to have the best experience! The Water Grill restaurant is magnificent! We will definitely come back! ★★★★★ An Unforgettable Stay in the Palafito Overwater Bungalow Our stay was incredible! The bungalow was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking turquoise water. Waking up over the Caribbean Sea was unforgettable, and the privacy made it perfect for relaxing. A truly special experience—we would happily stay here again! ❤️🌴🌊

The best destination to relax and unwind
What an incredibly relaxing weekend! 🌴✨ The hotel is beautiful, but without a doubt, the best part is the service. Everyone is incredibly kind and makes you feel even better than at home. The attention, care, and every little detail make a stay at Palafitos truly unique and unforgettable. A very special thank you to Aldo and Alberto for taking such wonderful care of us. You are the best! ❤️👏 Definitely an experience we hope to repeat. 🥂🌊

Loved it
Service was impeccable, we were there during low season so there were no crowds whatsoever. Palafitos over water bungalows were perfect. The restaurant there was terrific and very helpful when navigating my gf needs. Couldn’t recommend this resort more!

Perfect honeymoon
Our honeymoon stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived we loved the beauty and incredible atmosphere. Everything was so romantic, peaceful, and the perfect place to celebrate together. The service was top notch from start to finish. Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of, we couldnt ask for more!
