Oceans at Carina Bay is a lovely, secluded Adult Only resort situated on a beautiful bay with a soft, white arc of sandy beach and spacious hilltop suites.     No need to leave the pool

    My experience at the Divi s was very pleasant, however the highlighted experience of the stay was at the poolside bar; Louisa…she is the entire package, bartender, motivator, semi concierge…a loving and spirited woman of substance and great personality. The staff is very accommodating and nice. No complaints…I will return in December and February. Visit the Divi and Louisa

    Great Stay, Even Better Bartending Staff

    When you arrive, head straight to the bar and find Louisa!! She is amazing, so kind, and so fun! She and the rest of the bartender staff take great care of their guests, and the chef is killing it on the grill.

    Severely understaffed. Doesn’t deliver on promises

    I am very confused with the discrepancy between the positive reviews and the reality of our stay here. The good: the rooms are new, modern, and clean Some of the staff (one bartender in particular, Gregory? Was very hard working and pleasant) The bad: the resort was severely understaffed. The only food options were a subpar buffet (breakfast and dinner only) and a pool grill (lunch and dinner only). Because of this, the wait for a grilled burger at lunch could be 40-60 minutes. They also list a coffee shop as a dining option, but they only have premade cookies and pastries. The buffet only had an omelet station some days. They only had waitstaff some days (on off days you had to clear your own plates and tables). They have what looks like a lovely Italian restaurant, but it was not open. They also have entertainment listed, but only about half of the scheduled activities actually happen. They list a lobby bar that was not open. They list 2 pools, but there is only one on site. Other observations: An older crowd, lots of 60+ Pretty quiet vibe The beach was beautiful but the water was not swimable due to seaweed

    Amazing

    Louisa also known as management was absolutely amazing She has an incredible personality and gave us great advice on local nightclubs, restaurants, and things to do around St. Croix. Thanks to her recommendations, my wife and I found some awesome places to eat, dance, and enjoy island activities. Highly recommend seeking out Louisa she knows all the best spots 10/10 service. Outstanding customer service and truly warm hospitality.

    Amazing ! Would come again

    Loved my experience here ! Would definitely come again !! Very quiet - just what I needed for a reset vacation Hotel is clean as is the beach. Staff was amazing ! My favorite is Louisa at the pool bar ! My nickname for her is management ! She remembered my same order and she created a vibe ! Thank you Louisa for making our stay great !
