Overall my family and I had a great time. The staff was really attentive, the hotel was easy to navigate. I would probably improve some food options. The desserts don't have any flavor. Great place for a few nights probably 3 or 4 at the most.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend to anyone. We will be going back.

The family suite/ villa configuration was the only positive things about this resort. The hotel and rooms are subpar quality. The entire hotel was without hot water for 3 days. Our bathroom and kitchen were leaking water from the ceiling, our bathroom light did not work. Also the microwave and sliding patio door did not work. The food choices were very minimal and not good. We struggled every day to find something we wanted to eat and ended up buying peanut butter and jelly from a nearby grocery store. We also had an incident with another guest who stole items from our balcony. Security was able to retrieve one of our items from her room but not the other. Hotel management claimed the woman had dementia so it was ok. They did nothing and brushed us off.

This the 4th time I stayed here and keep on coming back, which should say it all! In other words: make your booking as well! You will not regret it!

Wonderful
