May 23, 2026Beautiful property- Food needs improvement
The property is beautiful- all the staff are accommodating and nice. We stayed 8 nights and they did a great job keeping our room clean and plenty of refreshments in the refrigerator. We noticed there were very few young people staying- mostly over 40 and not a lot of young families. There are not a lot of activities, it's very slow paced on this property, so if you want high energy days and nights, you won't see that here! We've stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Cancun, Tulum and Playa Del Carmen. I would say the reviews about the food on this resort are correct. We knew that coming in, but just decided to go with the flow. All of the places to eat close down from 10:30a-12 and from 4:30p-6. There is literally nothing except an extremely over priced tiny gift shop if you want some chips or cookies. On the buffets, most of the time the food is very picked through or the bowls are empty. The food options are just strange and half the time don't look edible. If you can live on burgers, hot dogs and fries you'll survive! Walk down the beach to Alberto"s - that place had good food!

May 15, 2026Luscious Tropical Away From The Chaos
A really nice resort away from the crowds. A large spread out property that delivers on expectations. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the beach, and main activity pool. Everyone did an amazing job of taking care of guests. They really made you feel welcome. Just offer a simple "Buenos Dias" to anyone and receive an amazing smile in return. We stayed in building 17 at the Royal Level (although I'm not sure what that really means), where the walls are quite thin, and lots of noise coming through the ratan adjoining doors. The beds were comfortable and not worn out. The AC worked great. The bartenders were amazing. They kept people happy, and concocted special, non-traditional (not just virgin versions) drinks for us non-alcoholics. The buffets had a good variety and quality of food. The pools were kept as clean as possible, since the trees added an organic vibe to the adult pool. We booked through PADI as an all-inclusive stay and dive package. The dive shop PRODIVE was convenient to have right on the property. I'm sure other reviews go into more depth, but we have no reason not to stay again in the future.

Paradise in Cozumel
This was the most beautiful place. We have spent time in Cozumel in the past. The facility is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The pools are very nice. Food is fabulous. I would highly recommend this to anybody that wants to take a vacation to relax.

Small resort, big on character
5 stars for meeting all my expectations. Stunning property. Excellent maintence. Spacious rooms. Beach over looks the ocean. Food delicious, but repetitious. Not a lot of dessert. Would book again in a heartbeat

Was a very enjoyable stay..staff gave excellent service. Only negative response was that the food was repetitive after a couple of days. Would recommend this resort.
