Very lovely facilities. Enjoyed the wild life and natural environment. For me ocean swimming would have been a bonus. Different beers and wines would be a good option.

The best of the best Cintia Vega
I had the best experience with my family. We went for the Volschenk wedding. We stayed in building 30 and the rooms were great! All the services were top notch but most notable was the hospitality from the ladies from the royal level. Especially Cintia Vega. She really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was superb. We had all we needed and then some. I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone and everyone. In fact, we are already planning to go back for our anniversary.

Amazing Vacation
I've been visiting the Royal Level for years. The staff go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, relaxing and just wonderful! Cynthia, the Royal Concierge manager is the best and her staff are just as great!

Wonderful vacation spot!
We took our entire family for a vacation and the Occidental at Xcaret is an incredible place to stay and the employees are amazing. Friendly and there to help you have a great stay. Hotel rooms, pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. It was so fun to see the monkeys, iguanas and other animals on the property. Thank you for a vacation we will be talking about for a long time!

Great and lists to do
There’s a small man made beach and nice pools and facilities. Great shows, good restaurants but it would be better if you could schedule reservations on line. Lots to do in the area.
