Bad bed mattresses, stinking and bad washrooms, sinks don’t work, no in-room entertainment because tv has no netflix or option to connect with phone. cold food within 30 minutes of buffet started.

My experience at Melià Punta Cana was quite disappointing. The staff’s service left a lot to be desired, as on several occasions I felt that guests were ignored, especially when they needed assistance. The impression I got was of unequal treatment, with more attention and priority given to American tourists, which created discomfort and a feeling of discrimination. NEVER WILL PUT MY FOOT HERE!!! In addition, the food was another negative point: it was often served cold and in small portions, giving the impression that there was excessive cost-cutting in the service. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better quality, organization, and respect for all guests, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe the hotel needs significant improvement in customer service and the overall quality of the service provided.
