  Ultimate relaxing pool experience

  We had a wonderful time at Live Aqua! We stayed in the Aqua Club and were very happy with the accommodations. From the moment we arrived, our butlers Isaias and Viri made sure we had everything we needed. They were so kind and friendly, and they took care of any arrangements we needed (e.g. dinner reservations, cabana reservations, getting us an Apple TV so we could stream our shows). We could communicate with them via WhatsApp whenever we needed something, and they also regular checked in on us at the pool, dinner, etc. We had no idea how nice it would be to have this personalized support; we were surprised and grateful. The Aqua club also comes with access to a special club lounge/bar which was also very nice. Fresh food is put out all day along with the nicer liquors at the bar. And it has a beautiful view of the resort and ocean from high up! We were also very happy with our room - very comfortable and spacious. The pools are excellent. There is plenty of space for everyone, beautiful views of the ocean at the infinity pool, and comfortable cabanas with good poolside seevice. You definitely need cabana reservations in advance, so don’t miss the boat on that. We spent most of the trip relaxing, reading, and socializing by the pool. The entertainers at the pool are very fun. Special shout out to Ricky Ricardo for being funny, engaging, and showing off his dance moves! We were overall very happy with the food. Every restaurant we tried had a lot to enjoy. Our favorites were MB and Verenna. We went to Azur twice because we really liked it the first time. Lulu was our server on the first visit and he really made the experience - excellent service and very friendly. We went back to Azur a second time, though, and we had a less positive experience that time - the service was slow and scattered, and the food just wasn’t as good. There was also a live musician who had the speaker volume cranked up waaaay too loud. My husband and I are a gay couple. We felt entirely comfortable and welcome the whole time. We met and hung out with several other LGBTQ+ couples while we were there, too. This is definitely a safe, welcoming place for our community. I think the main opportunity for improvement would be on check in and check out in the Aqua club. There are not enough staff doing this. We had a long wait on check in that didn’t give us a good first impression and made us a little worried about our choice. Check out was the same way, but fortunately Isaias was very helpful and took us downstairs to check out in the main lobby and that seemed to speed things up. They just need more staff during the busy parts of the day for check in, it seems.

  Another wonderful Birthday and Anniversary celebration 🎉 🎊🎈

  As always, it was a great trip and a pleasant stay at our favorite Adults Only Resort, Live Aqua. I never get tired of saying how wonderful all the people who work at Live Aqua Cancun are. The main reason we keep returning is the staff, who truly make this resort so special. They’re very friendly, kind, efficient respectful and work incredibly hard to please guests and make sure everyone enjoys their time there. Many of them have been working at this resort for long time, and over the years, we have became like a family. Since we had booked Aqua Club Oceanfront Room, we were able to check in and check out on the 5th Floor Aqua Club level. It is very quiet there, and the views are incredible. When you have Aqua Club access, you are assigned two butlers who communicate with you daily via WhatsApp daily. They will do everything possible to make your stay the best it can be. Thank you all for always pampering us and making us feel right at home.   Excellente!

  We had such a wonderful time at Live Aqua Cancun; from the staff to the cleanliness, our stay was not only relaxing, but rejuvenating too. The rooms are spacious and comnfortable with modern amenities and the housekeeping staff are very attentive and kind. The food was outstanding; they have many options at each of their unique restauraunts and their cooking and serving staff (along with the bartenders and pool waiters) are soem of the kindest people who made our stay special. The enterainment is a bit lacking at night (except for the themed Mexican night), but the entertainment staff during the day keep everyone on their toes with crafts, sports (aquaerobics) and poolside bingo among other activities. Special shoutout to Marco the Smoothie King, Jose at Siete and Varenna. Jose and Poppi at the grills, Armando and Silvano and Varenna, Priscilla the hostess, the entire entertainment crew, Gustavo at the front desk, and Ali the ppolside waiteress. A few cons to the resort: the beach and ocean (at least in May) are filled with sargassum that can affect one's experience. While the resort tries to clean it up, it can still put a damper on someone's vacation if you're a big beach person. This resort also has a timeshare program. Overall, we look forward to returning to Live Aqua Cancun with our friends and family. Hola to the staff and crew, we miss you already!

  Fantastic time

  I love Live Aqua The people here are very helpful. We ate at Azur and our waiter Mauricio was the best always smiling. Thank you my friend. I will be back next year. I rate this hotel a 10 out 10. Arabi was very helpful

  Our experience at Live Aqua

  Live Aqua met and exceeded our expectations with the service and cleanliness of the resort. Everyone we talked to from our butlers Maggie and Eladio to the staff at the pools were humble and very kind. I could tell they enjoyed working there. The bartenders at the Aqua Club also did an amazing job, my preferred place to enjoy an Americano! The restaurants were great and the service again great as well. We loved having many pools to enjoy and the easy access to the beautiful beach. We loved our room 5010 that had a beautiful beach front view, and next to the elevators and Aqua Club. Our butlers Eladio and Maggie made our stay extra special with dinner reservations and letting me borrow a pair of pants for dinner because I forgot to bring. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you everyone for making celebrating our Anniversary special!
