  Perfect Experience!

  My partner and I had the lovely opportunity to stay at this resort, and it was our first time in Hawaii. The experience couldn’t have been better! The hotel was clean, beautiful, and the staff were all so welcoming. We booked through Amex Platinum, and they graciously upgraded our room! The staff were all so nice and helpful. A special shoutout to Doug at the front desk, who helped us check in and explained everything about the hotel, as well as the benefits of booking through Amex Platinum. It was our first time using these benefits, and he explained everything in detail. He even gave us tips and clearly explained what the $100 credits could be used for. We really appreciated this because, going in, there was a lot to remember, but he went over EVERY detail with us and made sure we understood everything. In addition, the staff at the morning breakfast buffet (Bloom Café) and lunch at the Kini Room were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious! The hotel staff really paid attention to detail, even remembering us and greeting us each time we saw them. It was such a nice personal touch. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the view from our ocean-view room was spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I’m a light sleeper and have a hard time sleeping with loud noises, but the room was quiet enough for me to sleep comfortably, which I really appreciated. The gym was probably one of the nicest hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It had a decent amount of machines and weights, and there was even a small fridge stocked with cold towels. I really liked that little perk! We didn’t get a chance to use the infinity pool, but it looked stunning whenever we walked by. The concierge on the first floor provided complimentary beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which really came in handy! The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, so coming and going was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Waikiki. I would gladly stay here again, especially because of how amazing the staff were. They really made our first trip to Hawaii memorable and special!

  Amazing hospitality, great for families!

  This review is regarding our stay Aug 21st to 22nd. We live in Waikiki and this is my husband and I’s first staycation with our 2 kids (2.5 year old and 5 month old). At check in we were helped by Ayumi, who was so welcoming and understanding as a fellow parent! She allowed us a much later checkout (we were stuck in almost an hour traffic going to Waikiki, so we were incredibly grateful to have a little longer stay!m). She was so sweet to my kids. They had this yummy welcome juice that my son loved and she gave him extra juice in a cup that day and even when we checked out. It was refreshing & not too sweet, which is good since we limit added sugars for my son. She also made sure both my kiddos got a bird plushie that came with the stay. Super grateful for her aloha & attention to detail. We had an amazing room, which is likely thanks to Ayumi as well. Lovely ocean view and direct view of the fireworks from our balcony. It was my son’s first time watching it! He loved it and kept asking for more lol. The room & bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable. The part I really appreciated was the crib, baby tub, and amenities that made our stay much easier with our 5 month old. At check in Ayumi even asked if we wanted railings, which was so great to keep us feeling safe with my toddler who moves around a lot in his sleep. My baby girl even got to enjoy the adult bed as well during her nap and she woke up with big smiles 🥰 The infinity pool was a blast for my son. It’s not a big pool but enough to where it didn’t feel crowded with the other kids. The hot tub got a bit crowded though lol. At the pool Todd laid towels down for our chairs and brought a group of us small cups of POG (pineapple orange guava - big Hawai’i thing) smoothies. He was very attentive. Overall we really had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids. Mahalo nui Ayumi for enhancing our stay at this lovely hotel.

  Amazing!

  This HOTEL was unbelievable! We had an absolutely amazing stay! Literally anything and everything we needed, they had! Thank you above and beyond to Doug at the front desk for going the extra mile and Michael too! Wishing you all much Aloha and we can’t wait to go back!!!!

  Spa experience

  I am currently staying at the hotel and experience the spa today. All is perfectly organized from the moment i booked to the end of the treatment. the massage itself was perfect, the therapist i believe to be named Ayako (sorry if the spelling is wrong) is a highly trained professionnal and i recommend her 100%. Not to forgrt Keisy at the spa reception As for the hotel, from the moment i checked in to every moments spent at the property, every interaction is pro, accurate, and make you feel you are the only one. Concierge Team, reception, and housekeeping, the room is spotclean and free from issues. very well done and thank you for taking care with such great care of my stay

  Michael Parker’s Excellent Service

  We stayed in the Deluxe 2 bedroom suite and a premium 2 bedroom suite with a den on the 30th floors. We wanted 4 separate beds and a luxury experience for our trip to Hawaii that would bring us relaxation and comfort. Michael made that happen for us. After booking our rooms, the night before I called to check on the locations on the rooms for our family of 5 since we have 3 kids. We were originally separated by a number of floors. Michael literally spent hours playing with the configuration for us so that we would be closer together with ocean views. He was the only night manager working and while he was helping me, people were waiting to check in and get assistance. Michael couldn’t have been more patient, friendly and kind. He answered every question I had with superb knowledge, right down to pots and pans in the kitchen, laundry facilities and fees in detail. He never once made me feel like I had too many questions, just reassured me that my three kids and husband would have a great time. After securing our rooms with the utmost patience and friendliness, he made note of our incoming flight and departure. We arrived at 11pm, Michael had all room keys, bracelets ready to go and finger sandwiches since nothing was open anymore and my concern was my children being hungry. Totally smooth, the warmest welcome, the best person ever!!!! I’m normally a Marriott bonvoy member. Michael Parker is inspiring me to join Hilton. He made this trip wonderful.
