This resort is hands down the best one I’ve ever stayed at. The service… outstanding. You get butlers assigned to help with anything g you need. My husband and I had Amairani and Angel as our personal butlers, and they were amazing. Have to mention the great massage I got from Yanira and the exciting bicycle tour we did with April as well. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Excellence in All Ways!
The resort is outstanding. From the moment you arrive at the dock via catamaran until the moment you leave, you will experience in excellence in all ways. The staff is incredibly service oriented throughout the resort. The property itself is stunning. The rooms are cleaned twice daily and the food is a fine dining experience. Highly recommend this resort!

We didn’t have to worry about anything — Erick and Edgar took care of everything so we could simply enjoy.
We visited Impression Isla Mujeres for our honeymoon, and meeting our butlers Erick and Edgar made the experience even more special. Whenever we had questions or needed help with restaurant information and reservations, Erick and Edgar were always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Their warm service truly made our stay and honeymoon memories even better. We will never forget our time here, and we are very grateful to Erick and Edgar for creating such wonderful memories for us. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Simply impressive. Luxury, service and care at a different level in Isla Mujeres.
Our stay at Impression Isla Mujeres was so impressive! The level of care and detail the Impressive team puts in all they do made our stay one of the most memorable my wife and I have ever had. Luxury, comfort and pampering is taken to another level well worth the Five Diamonds designation the property recently received. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are beautifully designed and maintained. However, the high level of design pales in comparison with the exquisite level of service you will receive at Impression. Mr. Mourad Essafi leads a fantastic team that made our short stay truly special. Thoughtful notes in our room. Personalized details, attention to all our needs was superb. This hotel is blessed with having Mr. Ritik Chaudhary as Guest Experience Manager. Ritik is a true wizard of hospitality who accomplishes incredible things in order to make your stay memorable. I jokingly asked him for an Indian drink that was not part of the drink menu and within minutes after he left our room he showed up with those two drinks at our door! He showed the barman how to prepare them! They were delicious. The SPA has been beautifully executed and the service we received after my long swim event was magnificent. Ali, my masseuse was so talented and knowledgable. Her massage was wonderful. Food and beverage options were always delicious. A big thank you to Matilde and the rest of the team at the ocean deck. Always attentive and kind despite the heat and the sun! Do not miss a stay at Impression, it will be a visit of lifetime.

Wonderful stay for Honeymoon
My husband and I had a wonderful time at Impressions Isla Mujeres by Secrets! It was the most picture-perfect resort, and even better, it truly lived up to every expectation. We were so lucky to have two amazing butlers, Erick and Edgar, who made sure our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We spent the first three days of our honeymoon here, and we were already reminiscing before we had even fully left the island. We would go back in a heartbeat and would ask for Erick and Edgar every single time!!
