  Just Perfect

  We’ve been to this hotel many times, we find it difficult to find anywhere else as good, it would be exceptionally difficult to find anywhere better for the same money. The staff are terrific, the food perfect (we’ve never, ever had poor food) the position of the hotel is excellent. This hotel has suited our family since they spent time in the kids club and now, in their late teens and early 20’s they’re still happy to spend time here with their parents and grandparents. There is something for us all, we don’t need to worry about sorting out cooking or cleaning, thank you to all the staff, they work so hard to give all their customers a good holiday and it pays off. I’m hopeless with names, but from reception, to dining rooms, kitchens, bars, cleaners and the energetic girls and boys who organise the activities and the evening entertainment, every single one of the team are exceptionally good at looking after everyone. I forgot to mention the repairmen too, we had a problem with the wardrobe, the door wouldn’t close properly and it blocked the drawers, we mentioned it and it was fixed in no time. Thank you everyone, my only complaint is you’re all too good, we daren’t go anywhere else and the time goes by far too quickly!!!

  Amazing customer service.

  Our overall experience was amazing, the best hotel and service I have experienced and better than other 5 star resorts in my opinion. I can't praise the staff at Iberostar Selection Anthelia highly enough, it was an amazing team who have exceptional customer service ethos and consistently friendly and helpful approach. Everyone was highly professional, friendly, welcoming and inclusive. From reception, to restaurant, pool bar, lifeguards and cleaning staff. A friendly smile, offer to help without over stepping. Lovely people doing a great job. Thank you.

  Amazing location, venue and people

  We went to Anthelia for a 7 night vacation at the end of August; three families, all with children. As far as European vacations go, we've already had stayed twice on the isle of Mallorca in the Mediteranean and loved it, so why not doing Spain a third time. But this time we went further away in the Atlantic and opted for the all-inclusive flavor, as we were way too many people to keep track of tastes, drinking and eating habits. The first thing that hit us was the cleanliness of the whole Tenerife island. We were expecting sand to be everywhere like in Mallorca but Tenerife is spotless. The hotel gives you the 5-star vibes from the entrance: everything is big, shinny and the staff very cordial. Check-in was a breeze and we were led to our rooms to sleep the 6-hour flight off. But not before the staff opened up the restaurant for us to have our dinner...at 1 AM. The hotel sits very close to the beaches in this part of the Tenerife and one very helpful thing across our entire stay was the ability to exit and enter the hotel via a back gate to reach the beaches without having to go around the entire resort. As you can imagine, the rooms were more than adequate for our needs, though a little smaller than what we are used to in these types of venues. We had a superb view from the balcony towards the ocean and the beautiful Casa del Duque. The room was cleaned every day and even the child's plush toys were arranged every time to her surprise. She developed a game where she would leave out different toys for the cleaning staff to arrange. Meals were perfection. Lots of things to choose from, cooks grilling fresh fish or steaks at your request, vegetables everywhere, sweets galore and even lobster every day. Spoiled at every step. Included in the all-inclusive package was a voucher for an a-la-carte meal and we went with the italian Portofino restaurant. It was a very nice experience and we ended up drinking a glass to many, thus a jolly good time. The pool areas - yes, more than one - were the leitmotif of our stay as the kids enjoy more a warm pool than an upset ocean. Not to mention the dark volcanic sand found on the beaches. There is of course a pool bar with waiters serving all sorts of drinks and snacks, from local beer to exotic cocktails. As activities go there is of course a huge diversity and you can do arcade gaming, shoot some pool, enjoy the pool side gymnastics or sing along at the evening show. There's also a well equipped gym and the kids' club has its own pool. One night we experienced a silent disco concept which was incredibly enjoyable. When we left, the checkout was seamless and the staff provided us with a room to take showers before the airport transfer - we had a night flight back home so we enjoyed an almost full day at the pool that last day.

  Being here is a real tonic. It is so clean. Staff are very friendly. The managers lovely Emilio and team always approachable . Isidro manager reception , Isora and team on Reception always helpful. Chefs do great cooking great variety of food and plenty too. Nicolas and team 2nd chefs always go the extra mile. Felix and Vargus and team always great service. Animation team brilliant work very hard bringing entertainment ti all. Katy. Andrea, Bruno, Brandon and team.. Rooms are kept very clean Juliette thank you.. Plenty of sunshine. Too many great staff to name. Great surroundings and sunsets nearby. Easy access to shops and beach. This place is very special and highly recommend. Children's activities and entertainment. Great shows. Always made welcome. Home from home. Memories to cherish. Thank you .
