This hotel is nicely located in the heart of downtown Miami. The hotel is well-maintained and its staff is very professional. I enjoy very much the boardwalk behind the hotel as it's very convenient for daily walks and/jogs.

I wouldn’t stay here again because of an unfortunate incident of theft. I stayed an entire week during F1 weekend. I checked out but on the way to the airport realized that I had left my phone charger and cable plugged into the room. I called the hotel list and found who said they would look for it right away. After several hours I had to follow up and they said nothing was found or turned in. An employee kept the items for themselves.

DO not stay in room 2405, you will not get any sleep. The hotel is nice and I have never had problems however; this room you will not get rest in it.

Top Tier
Great atmosphere. Staff was amazing and stayed on top of house keeping. Traffic was tough. The view of the channel with the yachts were amazing.

Great room
I attended a 2 day conference here and extended my stay by two more days to spend time with friends and family. I was in a Miami suite- i’m sure I meant to choose it, but I’m glad I did. It was big, clean, did not smell bad we overlooked the river. It was definitely loud as mentioned on other reviews, and I brought my own earplugs and used the sound machine, but for the conference discounted price, it was a great room. Housekeeping people were very nice. We walked many places, four of which were fantastic restaurants. If returned to Miami, however , I would probably stay on South Beach so I could more easily get to the beach. But if you need to be in the business district or go on a cruise, stay here and get the Miami suite.
