We hosted my daughters 16th birthday party with family and friends in a 2 bedroom suite. The staff insured it all went as planned and helped us with the set up. They went the extra mile to make sure it was a success and followed up throughout the night. Jamie, the front desk manager is a real asset to the hotel and personally took an interest in making sure it was all a success. There are great people working at this hotel that take service seriously. I can't thank them enough and will 100% be back!

Best beach getaway in Florida
Beautiful hotel property in a key location, close to everything at the beach (bars, restaurants, shopping, beach access). Very clean and well maintained property. Get a room on the beach side or north side, it was very quiet at night.

Service at the pool restaurant could be much better and was frustrating . Also slow service from host at Shor. Pool door was not open at 8 am each day as it was supposed to be. Bagel from the market was so hard it could not be chewed. Horrible. Wait staff more interested in visiting than serving. Probably need some customer service awareness training & how to communicate with guests . Front desk people great & accommodating. Nice room . Lots of loud kids . More for families than couples . Beach so crowded it was not an option.

The Best Hotel in Clearwater Beach
This is my second time visiting this hotel and we love the experience. The rooms are what we expected; cleaned and organized. The restaurant Shor American Grills is our favorite place to eat in Clearwater Beach; with kids, it’s so important for us having all in the same building. For sure we coming back next year.
