Aug 21, 2026Our week at Hotel Paris Opera - Exceeded our expectations!
My husband and I spent a week at Hotel Paris Opera Affiliated by Meliá and had an excellent stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly. Our room included a lovely welcome gift of chilled Cava, cookies, a tote bag, and a handwritten note. Ishara at the front desk was outstanding—he recommended restaurants and attractions, booked tickets and reservations, and at the end of our stay walked my husband through Uber and gave clear instructions for navigating Heathrow. His calm help gave us real peace of mind. We had some noise the first two nights, but the front desk quickly upgraded us to a quiet corner room. The location is ideal, with many sights, restaurants, cafés, and Galeries Lafayette within a short walk. The lobby and breakfast area were always clean and bright, the queen size bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept our room fresh daily. The room was small (as expected in central Paris), and we missed having better TV/streaming options, but overall the value exceeded our expectations. A big shoutout to Ishara—his attentiveness made our stay exceptional. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Hotel/Staff!
Hotel Paris Opera by Melia was an excellent hotel to stay in! It was so close to many tourist sites in Paris and was a great place to feel like a local. There were so many good restaurants near by and the hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Ishara who went out of his way to help us on numerous occasions. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot thank Ishara enough for his help with directing us on how to get to each of our tourist locations. Thank you again!

Hotel Opera, yes!
Everyone very nice and helpful, especially the concierge Ishara. Coffee always available and very good! Yay! Really comfortable there. The room, front desk, lobby all great. Elevators a little small. Not a deal killer.

Great stay in Paris
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, room was very pleasant. We were greeted by Ishara who helped us with planning our stay and navigating the Metro. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great experience at a perfect hotel
A perfect boutique hotel in the Opera District. The room was great, as was breakfast. Having the metro right out front is incredibly convenient. The service is fantastic and Ishara, the concierge, is AMAZING. We had a great time during our stay there.
