Sep 05, 2026Exceptional Service — And Our Stay Isn’t Even Over Yet!
Long review but Exceptional Service. My wife and I are currently staying at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace for a conference and later to celebrate our anniversary, and I normally wait until the end of a trip before writing a review. However, the service we have received has been so exceptional that I didn’t want to wait to recognize the people who have already made our stay special. The outstanding service started before we even walked through the front doors. Keiss and Jose with valet immediately made us feel welcome. I was concerned about where I had stopped the car and whether I was in the way, but they quickly reassured me that everything was fine and that they were there to help. They explained exactly what I needed to do, helped us get situated, and made our arrival completely stress-free. Keiss and Jose set the tone for the entire experience. Once inside, Logan and Jordan at the front desk were equally fantastic. They were friendly, professional, informative, and genuinely welcoming during check-in. During our conversation, we happened to mention to Logan that our anniversary was coming up the following week. They wished us a happy anniversary, and we thought that was the end of it. Then we returned to our room Friday night and found an incredible surprise waiting for us: champagne, cupcakes, and a beautiful “Happy Anniversary” presentation! We hadn't requested anything. The fact that someone remembered our conversation and took the initiative to do something special for us absolutely blew us away. I also have to recognize Joe, our bellhop. We weren't exactly traveling light — we had probably eight or nine bags — and Joe handled everything with a smile. He helped us get everything upstairs and situated without making us feel like we were inconveniencing him in the slightest. His attitude was simply, I'm here to help you. And then there was Christine from Security. Because it’s Labor Day weekend, the hotel was extremely busy and parking was difficult to find. We eventually found parking over on the convention side. Christine noticed us, came over with a cart, picked us up, and personally gave us a ride all the way back to the hotel front desk. Again, we didn't have to chase someone down or repeatedly ask for assistance — Christine saw an opportunity to help and simply helped. That has really been the theme of our experience at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace: people looking for opportunities to help rather than waiting to be asked. I specifically want Hilton management to recognize Keiss (Valet), Jose (Valet), Logan (Front Desk), Jordan (Front Desk), Joe (Bellhop), and Christine (Security). Every one of them has contributed to making our stay and anniversary special. What has impressed me most is that none of these interactions felt forced or transactional. The staff members we've encountered seem genuinely interested in taking care of their guests. Several times we even offered cash for the extra assistance, and the response was essentially, No, we're just happy to help. That says a lot about the culture of this hotel. And again — our stay isn't even over yet! I usually write one comprehensive review after checkout, but this team deserved recognition now. Thank you Keiss, Jose, Logan, Jordan, Joe, and Christine for making us feel welcomed, appreciated, and celebrated. You have taken what could have simply been another hotel stay and helped turn it into a wonderful memory. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hector the best waiter ever!
My wife and I had an exhausting day at Disney and we decided to get a meal at Letterpress in Hilton. Our waiter was Hector. He was exceptional because he was very polite and patient with us. He made suggestions and took real good care of us . The cleanliness of our table was impeccable. He sat us at a beautiful window with a fountain. He showed interest in our day and our stay . I felt like he was a family member. Hector was the best waiter we have had in along time.
