The property, beautiful. The room, perfect. Pool area is great, food options: sit down and grab and go, gift shop, game room, fitness center, free shuttles to Disney Parks. The icing on the cake is Disney Springs ( used to be downtown Disney) across the street with great food, shopping, and entertainment- we went there every night we stayed here. Friendly staff- if you go to the restaurant in the hotel,The Letterpress, ask for Hector, he’s great! Universal was a $20 uber ride. I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

Guest ambassador Mario made our trip.
Lovely, comfortable environment. Easy access to Disney Springs. BLUE sports bar was a disappointment on a Friday evening, Lobby Bar closed at 9 and BLUE was the only option on property. Would have preferred to stay on Property. Mario the guest ambassador was amazing. He saved our trip on Saturday afternoon. Great personality, personable and respectful. Great job!!! HH Diamond member.

Two words Lazy River
Location, location, location will make or break your vacation. Yes, it is worth it to be nearby. Amazing lazy river open until 11 for after park relaxation. Luis and Bailey were great!
