A great resort if you’re coming to Waikiki Beach
What an amazing and beautiful resort. I definitely always feel like I am on island time. Nanci at the front desk was fantastic. Very thoughtful accommodating. Took the time to go over things with me and my options.

Outstanding service
I’ve been staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for many years during my frequent work trips to Honolulu. Always impressed by the friendly and courteous front desk staff. Today when I check in, Winnie was especially helpful. She took the time to find me the perfect room for my final work trip to Hawaii, since I’m retiring next week.

May 14, 2026Large rooms but multiple issues
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Communication was very poor from the beginning. The breaker in our room tripped, leaving us with no lights, and after calling 3 separate times, it still took about 8 hours and finally going downstairs in person before it was fixed. Staff asked us to move rooms and seemed frustrated when we declined — but with everything pitch black, it was already stressful enough. The internet only worked 2 out of the 7 nights we stayed, which was very inconvenient. The water was another issue — most of the time it was cold, but when it did get hot, it would suddenly become scalding hot without warning. On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful, there appeared to be some updates in certain areas, and the location was decent with several restaurants on site and nearby. Unfortunately, the ongoing maintenance and communication issues outweighed the positives for us.
