We had a picture perfect family vacation and experience. We had 6 adults and two young kids and every day was stress free. Everything was wonderful especially our butlers Omar and Paola. They made the experience absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

We were back to HRHRM this month. This was my 5th trip back over several years. We had great oceanfront views from our suite and had 2 butlers help us thru out the week. Samantha and Gabriel. Jazzi our pool entertainment/activities director was pure joy. So great! Always willing to help, explain and entertain. Our pool bar David Alvarez was Outstanding. He made our pool days extraordinary. Our group felt he “made” our week. His co hort Angel was enjoyable too. Our 2 afternoons (& night) with head mixologist Chavas was the best. He taught us a lot & knew his craft! Bonnie at Le Petit was good. Niko in Uma & Wei could not have been better. Another joy during our stay. Food was good but his service was extraordinary! Bartenders at the members only Eden pool & chairman pool good too! Our week this trip was rest & relaxation. Your employees made that happen for us. Thanks

I really appreciate Daniel and Emmanuel and I will be asking for Daniel Emmanuel when we come back in May
Our experience that the Hard Rock Revere mile was a pretty good experience. We had two great butlers one was Daniel and yet it was Emmanuel. They made everything so easy and was very attentive.

Great Grounds & Vibe, Average Dining
We overall enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! The landscaping across the property is gorgeous, well-maintained, and makes walking around a pleasure. We had a great view from our room that really added to the experience. Vibe City was a huge plus for us—and a massive shoutout to Ari, who went above and beyond to keep the kids entertained! Ari made the experience so fun and truly memorable for them. As for the food, it was mostly average/fair. Not terrible, but nothing particularly memorable compared to the rest of the resort's offerings. Overall, a fun stay with great facilities and beautiful surroundings!
- Advisory- The hotel has an Adults Only Concept. The hotel will not allow any children under 18. - The hotel is located on the ocean but it is on a lagoon style beach. There is a beach inlet located in front of the hotel. - Spa treatments are not included in the vacation price. Fees apply.
