    Tired old resort

    Tired old hotel, this resort requires a complete makeover.The room have no storage for clothes. The towels and linen are old with holes and stains. It is loud party resort and not kid friendly . The rooms over looking the front entrance also look onto arena we there is nightly shows which are extremely loud

    Beach front vacation

    Hard rock Cancun was nice. Great location and great pool and staff. Our personal concierge Jessy made our trip amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed for food, room, drinks, and spa services. Having the right staff always by your side makes the trip ao wonderful and memorable. thank you Jessy!

    Amazing Stay !

    It was a lovely stay as usual at Hard Rock. Location is perfect ! Good service. My host Claudio was amazing. Gave us all the hopes of the stay. He was very informative. The rooms were very good !!! Very pleased.

    Great Vacation with Amazing Butler Service

    Our stay at Hard Rock Cancun was great, but what truly made the difference was our butler, Jessy Verde. She went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of and made our vacation feel extra special. Her attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service really elevated our entire experience.
