Grand Velas was spectacular as a resort, the service was second to none. Our personal concierge Santiago was the best and when I get back to Los Cabo’s I will def ask for him again. I can say first time in Cabo but the first of many as we fell in love, and recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for an unbelievable time. Till next time 🙏🏻

Great Stay and will definitely be RETURNING!
Wow! was our first reaction when arriving to the resort!! This resort is extremely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! Our personal concierge Atenas Ochoa did an amazing job with making our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable. She ensured the restaurants provided vegan food for us and that everything we wanted to do was scheduled for our stay. She even took the time to decorate our suite for my wife’s birthday celebration and had shots of our favorite tequila awaiting our arrival. We also met Julio at Koi bar! He was great and was able to provide great understanding for the different types of tequila. The restaurants had great food but more importantly great service! Alejandro was our server at Frida’s and he ensured that our food was prepared to perfection and provided an excellent tequila and Mezcal tasting. The chef even came out to our table to ensure the food met our standards. Cafe provided great service as we got coffee, energy shots and infused water every morning. Overall the resort staff was very attentive to everything we needed. This will definitely be the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

Grand Velas
The food, the service, the staff and amenities were on another level! Our concierge Ana Aranda was amazing! Ana got in touch with us before our trip to get our stay organized and had a surprise set up for my wife’s birthday upon arrival! During our stay Ana would send us the daily resort activity schedule, a reminder for our dinner reservations, and would check in on us to make sure we have everything we need. Hands down the best food we’ve had at a resort. We never got bored of eating here. The buffet had fresh meat and seafood that they would grill for you right on the spot. Cocina De Autor was a culinary experience that was unforgettable. Edgar at the Sky Bar was the best! He always made sure we had drinks, we would talk and joke all the time. He was always smiling and taking good care of us. All the staff were very friendly. This is a resort we would definitely come back to.
