Room housekeeping poor, many issues with the app, difficult phone system, great food choices and friendly staff.

Food and drinks are adequate. Grounds are gorgeous. Wildlife so fun! Beautiful rooms and amazing spa. Avoid blue shirts for timeshare lol!

1st time at Palladium. Loved it.
We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Mexico. This was our 1st time at Palladium and it was great. We really love snorkeling the reef that is about 100 yards offshore.

my opinion.....4 stars been going here for 14+ years. thought it was 5 stars for many years, but not anymore. before, the staff seemed to speak better English.....not anymore. Those who did speak English tended to speak as fast as possible. With their accents, some conversation was impossible to understand. Lack of garbage cans in the ENTIRE resort !!!
