Lovely stay
Just finished a short break here Customer service was really good everywhere we went, used a different à la carte every night when you can usually only get 2 or 3 a week. Weather was sensational it rained twice for an hour at a time but the rain was warm!! Facilities were great. My only slight criticism is that the on site shops were expensive I needed calamine lotion and anti histamines cost me £80 dollars would have been less than £8 at home so if mosquitos like you as much as they like me( not just here, everywhere ) make sure you have your own.

I went there through Travorium. I did not like it there at all. The only good thing it was is the beach. Food horrible. Room was full of mosquitoes. Shower was clogged. A/c was blowing warm air. Food was horrible. Still remember those steaks that tasted like pure salt. Very few options of food in the buffet.

The food quality and service within the Al a cart resturants is very poor, and the buffet resturants are far better. Dressing gowns removed and not replaced a few days before check out. Pools and beach is lovely and the bar and waiting staff at the pools and beach area are very attentive.

Great vacation!
Very nice vacation this year. The hotel has made a considerable effort in improving their quality of service, congratulations! We would like to knowledge Yennis, Ceile, Marcos and Hansell at travel club reception, Carlos Santana and cook José at the Catedral buffet, Marlin, Gisele and Aneury at travel club beach, Angel and Sommelier José at First wine. They all made our stay more enjoyable and confortable. Excursions offered to members this year have leveled up compared to some previous years. Thank you for making sure there is a continuous evolution of the quality services and options to members.
