Staff was often times rude. Transportation throughout the resort was lacking and not helpful. My money was taken by a front desk staff member and didn't receive the product I purchased.

I went here from the 2nd - 16th of May for my birthday solo trip and I recommend. The service was good, the housekeeping was great and overall I had a good experience and would come back someday.

Location is beautiful. Safety and cleanliness were questionable. Food was average in restaurants. Breakfast meals were very good. We don't drink alcohol and other than getting teased, staff was very kind to accommodate us. Being misled by staff regarding charges and not resolving disputes is very disconcerting. Thanks.

May 15, 2026Enjoyable 50th Birthday punte Cana
Really enjoyed stay at Grand Palladium for my wife’s 50th. The hotel was good and there was no worry in getting loungers round pool. The food was good a bit same after two weeks but the restaraunts were good especially the Japanese and Argentinian. There is probably not enough bars at night and Hemingway although good is a bit repetitive. We went on the boat trip and buggies which were really great fun and value. They have reps walking around the hotel all day trying to sell you them, they don’t leave you alone, if you show any interest. The most displeasing aspect about the Dominican is that you can’t walk 100 yds without someone trying to sell you something.

Wonderful stay!
I want to thank everyone who made our stay so wonderful , starting with JetBlue Vacations and their fantastic vacation package, which included transportation and hotel accommodations. We absolutely loved the Palladium Group—they never disappoint! From the moment we arrived, our stay was memorable. John, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless and in a perfect location, away from any noise. The restaurants were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food choices. There was entertainment for everyone’s taste: the disco was a lot of fun, Friday’s poolside show was amazing with lots of dancing, and Saturday night at the theater was equally entertaining. Our favorite à la carte restaurant was the steakhouse, El Dorado. Our waitress, Biki, was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. The bars always served drinks in nice glassware, never plastic, and the presentation at every restaurant including the buffets was top-notch great variety of food, veggies, fruits, ice cream, great wine and cocktail selection etc... It will be nice to have bathrobes and slippers as they offered in the past. The grounds and beach was beautiful, with soft sand, clear blue water, plenty of towels, and the convenience of key bracelets. We can’t wait to return to the Palladium Hotel Group in Punta Cana for another unforgettable vacation thanks to the entire operation that makes a Palladium group a success!
