Renée trip to Jamaica
It was a great trip. Rooms were awesome, food was good, events were fun. Pool and beach were the best!

We had a 10-day family holiday at this resort. The place is MASSIVE - I think it has over 500 bedrooms/suites. Our suite was on the 1st floor (UK)/2nd floor (US). We spent time at the pool and also on the beach. We ate mostly at Mo Bay buffet restaurant and also had meals at the Mexican, Italian and Jamaican restaurants - these were disappointing as the meals were mediocre and the portions small. Although we had booked the Jamaican restaurant for 8.45pm, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our table, which meant that my niece didn't stay for the full meal as she was extremely tired by this point. I also did not enjoy the English breakfast/fry-up, as the sausages were awful! - I ate mainly crepes and fruit for breakfast. The dessert options at Mo Bay dinner were also disappointing as I felt they were mainly tasteless/bland. Also upset that bun & cheese and hardo bread were not served and that fried plaintain was in short supply as an breakfast option - I am of Jamaican origin and grew up on these Jamaican staples. I have poor mobility so the long walk to the restaurants/shops didn't help. Even my brother, who does not have this problem also stated that the walks to the restaurants were a pain. However, I did really enjoy the rum tasting session!! We stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall in 2024 and we all agreed that we preferred that resort to this one.
