We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. The entire property is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds, incredible pools, and so many places to relax and enjoy the resort. The spa was exceptional and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and cocktails…everything we had was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. Isaiah at the front desk was fantastic. He checked us in and was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and later went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue. He handled everything quickly and graciously and truly exceeded my expectations. That kind of customer service makes a lasting impression. From the beautiful property and amazing amenities to the food, spa, pools, and wonderful staff, this was such a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Beautiful remodel to this hotel but the food and beverage offerrings are worse than previous experiences. There is only one main restaurant (mostly breakfast items with limited lunch and very limited bar availbility) We were there for a wedding and wanted to enjoy the hotel with our family and friends. They completely rennovated the lobby bar and yet it does not even open until 3pm. They had employees prepping the bar for an hour and each guest that inquired they abruptly replied we don't open until 3pm. The only option was the pool bar and the current temperatures are 113 degrees in AZ. To be dressed for a wedding and told we can sit outside if we want lunch or an adult beverage at a "Grand" Hyatt is absolutely insane. Additionally we were charged multiple incorrect charges for valet and an extra room night that now we have to follow up to recieve credit.

Warm & Family-Friendly
Our family had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. From arrival to departure, everything exceeded our expectations. Even with a busy driveway, the valet team provided quick and attentive service, making our arrival stress-free. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk agent gave us a genuinely warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the many amenities and activities available at the resort. Right away, we could tell this was a place that caters well to families. The property is expansive, beautifully landscaped, and impeccably maintained. There are multiple pools to choose from, along with a fun beach-style area that creates a unique resort experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family with two kids. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after enjoying all the resort had to offer. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to come back again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Checked in early with no issue and no upcharge, welcome drinks were delicious, pool food and drinks were equally yummy. Only complaints are that the valet and self parking are too expensive to not offer any shade, and the pools are also lacking shade making the water too hot to enjoy. Also, it's a bit of false advertisement to say they have 9 pools or whatever they say. In reality all the pools are in the exact same spot, only the adult pool is separate. Also they delivered my food to a random person at the pool so I had to ask about and wait again for my food which wasn't ideal. Seems easy enough to have a table number or area number to identify delivery.
