Partake in the daily activities poolside and at the beach, and enjoy a tropical concoction at the swim-up bar. Work out in the fitness center, while the kids ages 4-12 are entertained at the mini-club at the beach. Enjoy an introductory scuba lesson in the pool, non-motorized watersports, shuffleboard, archery, ping pong, three tennis courts, and an ecological area with walking trails.
Your all-inclusive vacation experience includes all meals and 24 hour unlimited drinks. Enjoy eight restaurants (including Argentinean, Steakhouse, Italian, Seafood, Teppanyaki, Asian, buffet, and snack bar), nine bars - two with live music, nightly entertainment at the Princess Theatre, and a disco. There are nine bars (two with live music), or take advantage of the free shuttle (subject to availability) to the Avalon Casino and Legacy Disco (free admission and two national drinks; open from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.).

Aniflor, yesenia, chritobel were great people, very fun and polite. Bought a lot of fun to the resort and involved me in a lot of there dances and activity.

My experience at this hotel was not the best, as we encountered several issues from the moment we arrived. I understand that, according to hotel policy, rooms are not available until after 3:00 p.m. However, when we received our room, the bed sheets were dirty, had hair on them, and appeared not to have been changed. Housekeeping was notified but did not return until later that afternoon. Additionally, the telephone in the room did not work, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The air conditioning was also not working properly, and part of the ceiling was deteriorating due to what appeared to be water leaking from the air-conditioning system. The room also had an extremely strong moldy odor. For this reason, I would not recommend it for anyone with asthma or allergies. I strongly recommend that guests bring plenty of mosquito repellent. On a positive note, the food was good, and the staff provided good service. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of my stay. Overall, the room did not offer the level of comfort I expected. In my opinion, other hotels, such as Lopesan and Bávaro, provide better accommodations and more comfortable rooms.

Kids clubs is excellent
Elisanny and Leidy was great with the kids club excellent support very good with the kids and teenagers. If you get a chance leave your kids and you can be by the beach and they will be in good hands.
