My masseuse Ana was very nice and I loved my massage. Just wished they had the option of selling some of the products they used cause the calming scent they used was so good and I wished I could’ve bought a bottle to take home. Overall good experience.

Fun and relaxing
It has been an amazing trip. The kids have loved it! The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Arroniz,keyla,rogzi and Santana were fun and interactive with the kids throughout the holiday. Highly recommend!xx

Everything was great, entertainment in the day was great Roxie and Kayla was fun, the Michael Jackson show at night was amazing,Vamel she was so sweet she found a receipt that I have lost and turned it in, and she came to me and said she found it that was amazing. I was scared to death that l lost it and needed it , very honest people that work at GR , bartenders Abram at the pool bar was awesome and all other were good to, food was good , they all work so hard and always so friendly, Everything is very clean , we have been going back for several years, never been disappointed,
