All around a great experience!
Best shows! Mayan Fuego was LIT! Congratulations to Yasmin and the entertainment team for putting on amazing shows every night. Amazing spa, the masseuses were very helpful in relieving tension after a full day of snorkeling. Special shout out to our wait staff Enrique, Luis, Manuel, and Fernanda for organizing it all! We stayed for a week and always had a great time. There were some mentions of the pool having some kind of tile issues a few years back but I was relieved to find out it has been relined and is now VERY nice! Another comment I saw about having water shoes for the beach entrance were correct as there is a large coral formation right at the entrance and there are hidden sea urchins lurking throughout so water shoes are a must! The snorkeling straight out isn't half bad however! Great for floating and watching the fish just do their thing. We had a snorkeling excursion at El Cielo and they picked us up right at the hotels pier without issue which saved us a taxi trip into town. Uhhhh I think that's it for now. This is an all inclusive and I'm writing it while we're still here so I don't forget anything!

I actually enjoyed this resort. It is definitely smaller and not a lot of food options but you will never go hungry the food is actually quite good. The oceanfront is beautiful! Definitely enjoyed swimming in the ocean. It had everything we needed wasn’t crazy busy which is nice! Went with my parents, brother and my girlfriend and her parents and we all had a great time! All the staff are very nice…..honourable mentions to Eduardo, Alejandra, Miguel and Manuel!! If you’re looking for something nice and relaxing and close walking distance I recommend this resort!

Family vacation WIN
We are just leaving from our 7 night stay here. Wow! Just about every person we met was fantastic and treated us like family. We received excellent service from Edwardo bringing up our luggage to Edgar & Daniel (Mexican restaurant), Alejandra, Gabriel, Selena and our favorite Nicolas (breakfast buffet/Asian restaurant), Manuel (Italian restaurant - he makes the BEST sangria) to name a few. They always made sure we had everything we needed regardless of how long we sat and ate (and drank). All bartenders were quick to offer us a drink, creating new drinks for us to try. The room exceeded our expectations. We were able to get the 3 bedroom with the private pool, which is definitely worth it. Marci did an amazing job with our room, keeping the fridge stocked with what we like and ensuring we had clean pool towels and all the extra things she did for our room. We did do a presentation with Iveta. We appreciate her kindness and sharing family stories with us. She was definitely a bright addition to our stay. Three of us had amazing massages at the spa. Jasmine, Pearla and Laura did a fantastic job creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The different shows they offered were entertaining and fun to be apart of. The only time we felt like a bother was when we went to the coffee bar. The gal there was less than happy when we arrived and often times spent her talking with other workers or seemed like we were inconveniences when requesting coffee. All in all definitely a great trip and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful resort
We came for a week, stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms were awesome. We ate at the breakfast buffet everyday. Alejandra the hostess was super nice. Our servers Nicholas, Gabriel, Selene greeted us daily and were very good. we ate at the Italian restaurant and Manuel was a delight, makes the best Sangria. At the Mexican restaurant Edgar and Daniel made our meal a special time. Order the Mexican coffee, the pageantry was spectacular. Shout out to Marci who took care of our rooms, so sweet and thorough making sure we had whatever we needed. Iveta thank you for your kindness. The bartenders were all nice, greeted people, and made very good drinks. The only minus was the gal at the coffee bar, she seemed put out when we ordered coffee and spent more time visiting with staff. Otherwise, the staff really seem to enjoy their jobs! This is an awesome resort!
