Let me tell you when I say...RUN and GO see CARLA!!! Carla is LA JEFA!!! I think she works in guest services but I have no idea because she was EVERYWHERE! She was definitely giving Manager energy and she should be one! She is super friendly and helped me coordinate a group of 18 people in 9 different rooms. We had two elder family members in wheelchairs and Carla took care of us. She pointed me to the best restaurants, excursions, room surprises for the guest of honor, and so much more. She personally walked me over to Ms. Ruth who helped us book spa appointments. Carla was so hands-on, it was unbelievable! She set aside a personal space for us to set up a private beach party for my son's 35th birthday. I cannot thank her enough for her hooking us up and making this a memorable experience for the entire family! Ms. Brenda at the spa is a Godsend! She found and released knots that I didn't even know I had. She is amazing! The food was tasty and much better than other all inclusive places I've stayed in the past. The bartenders and wait staff are all amazing! Cesar and the guys at the Italian restaurant were so accommodating and kept us laughing. We picked the perfect place to stay that was full authentic Mexican charm.

Relaxing vacation
Enrique at the pool was the best! Took care of us all week! Find him for great service!! Shrimp and fish tacos were delish! Outdoor lasagna by the upper pool was really good!

Great time at the Fiesta Americana Condesa
My wife and I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa in late April for a week. The resort was kept very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious for 2 people, and had a balcony. The food at the many restaurants and buffet was outstanding. The fish tacos and ceviche at La Cevicheria overlooking the ocean, was our daily lunch time meal, and we are still craving this delicious food almost a month later. Being an all-inclusive resort, we were very satisfied with the food quality at this resort. But what impressed us the most about Fiesta Americana Condesa was their great staff members. Everyone we met working at the resort displayed warmth, sincere care and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great vacation. The folks at this resort are wonderful. Special shout outs go to the following Fiesta Americana Condesa team members who made our stay at this resort special and should be recognized for providing exceptional service...
